"No Alphabets" mod pack ensures that the gender, sexuality and politics of world NPCs match medieval status quo.
It leverages the power of Voice AI to fix 1 major, 4 quest-related and 23+ minor NPCs. Where relevant, everything related to an NPC's identity have been altered i.e. appearance, voice, SFX, subtitles and how other NPCs refer to the target NPC.
Nearly 700 lines have been changed for the Ser Aylin Project alone! Character Creator has been revamped too!

Better Companions
An overhaul of the present companions along with surprises coming in the future. This project is planned to change the backstories of the characters to varying degrees. A few examples: Astaria Ancunín being the Sister of Astarion, Gale not being a lover of Mystra, and Jaheira being an Elf. It is all a Work-in-Progress and open for changes.
Musa Complete Overhaul
A complete overhaul for KCD2 to make Musa of Mali into Carlo Musso of Rome. He has a more dark olive skin, needed to confuse him with Arabs as the only way to keep the story making sense. He has a new backstory, is Christian, and doesn't crap on Bohemia as much.
Fully redone audio via AI with a new voice. Most of the lines from the original are used and redone. It was a pain to line up all of the speech with Musa's speaking pattern loaded with unnatural pauses, but I did my best. I'm not fully sure if I got every single dialog combination, but it's around 800 lines. I tried my best to load up old saves and see if I could run through some of the Musa sections to get as much as I could. I often left the other NPCs as saying Musa because it sounds close enough. I only redid other NPCs & Henry if I had no choice. I couldn't find a way to change the lip syncing, so you just have to deal with that.
Also, this mod adjusts his appearance via new style tables, so it shouldn't conflict with other mods, unless they specifically edit Musa.

Removes gay romance dialogue options.

Iudaica Reparatio
Dialogue rewrites around the Jewish plotline.
Example:First meeting with Samuel
When Samuel calls Henry a Goy.
Scholarship answer threatens to bash his face in if he calls him it again.
Samuel no longer follows up by directly calling Henry again. Instead, changes to Gentile. He still uses the term, but not directly at Henry.
When Samuel talks about the things that Christians say about ****.
Henry still has the same two responses. That it's debtors or he's never heard about that
The second answer now has (Lie) after it to state that Henry is lying.
The UI no longer says to infiltrate the antisemitic meeting, and instead says infiltrate the meeting concerning the ****.
Doubravka Fix
This is a quick fix for Doubravka's romance. The romance still plays out the same. You either willingly have sex with her or she drugs you if you tell her to keep waiting and then agree to drink with her.
Originally, if you willingly have sex with her, if you pry a bit, she tells you that it just wasn't good. Since the facial expressions and such can't change, now she just says that Henry's too big. You could take that as a lie or the truth, but that's up to the player.
When she drugs you, in this case when you push her and she admits to what happened, the don't ever do that again dialog now has Henry call her a wicked *****. When he asks further and she says they had sex, Henry has a resigned, "who's going to believe me?" response instead of apologizing. The glad we did it response now calls her evil and that he should stab her with his sword. Considering she's a sexual deviant, she responds as if he's saying something sexual and responds positively.
Wokeless Wrath

This mod was created for those that wish to see a more traditional representation of a fictional, high fantasy world that is ostensibly supposed to be 'medieval' in terms of culture and technology. In the past, this has been represented in its most common form as being deeply rooted in medieval Europe and its cultures.
In modern times, efforts to increase 'diversity' and 'representation' have meant that certain elements are included in such games that seem out of place and, for some, take away from the realism and immersion of the setting. Furthermore, such elements often appear to be inserted in a token manner that is distasteful to some, merely serving to put a 'check in the box' to meet diversity quotas of one sort or another.
This mod seeks to return the game to a state as it would have been made in a bygone time, with these 'certain elements' altered (or removed) in order to have the setting fit the more traditional paradigm.
It is hoped that this effort does not cause division, but rather allows people to play the game and enjoy it in the manner in which they choose, free of judgement... as all games and mods should be.

Standalone Drivable Cars

Some saint has stripped out the cars from The Frontier and made them fully playable in the Mojave wasteland without the infamous lower JIP NVSE version requirement of previous Frontier Cars standalone versions. Bundled in the FOMOD installer are multiple other car mods that have been edited to not require The Frontier and edited/optimized for compatibility and stability. Rehosting here because the original mod author responsible for the cars in the frontier is a butthurt Ukrainian loser notorious for trying to get any attempts to separate the cars taken down with faulty DMCA requests despite he himself refusing to finish his own standalone version for nebulous reasons.
Honest Hearts European Tribes

The tribals of Zion National Park in Honest Hearts are both made to be the same generic mildly beige, bald and boring peoples with little uniqueness in their actual physical appearance.
This modifies the Deadhorses to appear as fair skinned and blond haired blue eyed nordic people with a pagan viking aesthetic to their body markings instead of the intentionally generic and nondescript of vanilla Deadhorse tribals. Their clothing items have had the green parts changed to a blue color to better reflect their new aesthetic. Follows-Chalk has also been given an altered appearance with his hat now sporting a norse raven decal instead of the "W" of vanilla.
Likewise the Sorrows tribe has been altered to look like pale skinned and redheaded green eyed celts with their tattoo colors altered with additional markings added to the men to further resemble the stereotypical celtic berserker vibe their stark clothing brings to mind. Their clothing has also been altered to be green to better reflect the stereotypical celtic aesthetic.
I have also included an optional download with only the esp to change their phenotypes without any additional alterations to their tattoos or clothing for those who would prefer more ethnic diversity in Zion without the lore unfriendly addition of pagan larp.
Legion Plausibility Fix
Overhauls the appearance of four named Legion NPCs. These changes were done in the interest of greater plausibility and immersion for what the most likely phenotypical make up of elite Legion members would be. Each NPC has been untouched outside of their physical appearance so it should be compatible with most mods. Faces have been tested with both vanilla textures and character kit remake so they shouldn't look too wonky (as much as New Vegas allows) with whatever face textures you use.

Enclave Plausibility Fix
Painfully simple and basic esp to swap the races on Judah Kreger (AfricanAmericanOldAged to CaucasianOldAged) and Orion Moreno (HispanicOldAged to CaucasianOldAged). Alongside this I've given Kreger green eyes and a very slight reddish hue to his hair whilst Moreno has been given blue eyes with an extremely slight blondish hue to his hair.
