For those who may have an interest I have uploaded a complementary mod for wokeless wrath. You can download it on this site. It's a simple portrait pack where I'm aiming to create portraits for every character. Also trying to fix the army to replace their ugly images, and most of their "women" with good images of mostly men. Distinctly female units like witches and succubus will remain female, and at this point in time I even added a beauty for the succubus photo. Need to give you lovers of the fairer sex something after all.

Hey, I appreciate the effort, but the stuff you provided is incomplete.

First off, the file appears to be only for the WW_Anevian module. I won't make any official mod updates unless I have a complete set of translated files for all the ones provided in the archive (WW_Anevian, WW_Seelie, WW_SosielTrever, and WW_NoAlphabets).

Furthermore, it doesn't appear that the translations are complete. For example, the last entry in the file you provided:

still reads as if Anevian is female (this entry is Irabeth speaking about Anevian). If my understanding of French is correct, in order to sound like it is referring to a male, the word sauvée needs to become sauvé, and the phrase de la revoir needs to be de le revoir.

It's not enough to just take the file and replace all instances of 'Anevia' with 'Anevian'... this is what I meant when I said a lot more work is required. People fluent in the languages desired need to go through every entry to ensure that the translation matches the edited English file in content/intent, and that the translation is correct.

Having finished an entire playthrough with this mod, i can confirm everything works as intended, minus the Seelie voice-over for the new Dance of Masks DLC, tho it's understandable since it just came out.
Again, great job on the mod, it was fantastic being able to go the entire length of it without being sexually assaulted by Daeran & Sosiel for no reason.

Future additions i would like the author to include if possible, to make this mod perfect would be :

• A rewrite of ALL the "iconic" pronouns tied to the iconic heroes in class & spell descriptions to the grammatically correct default English male pronouns he/his/they/their. (Like all paladin-related details & explanation use "her" or "she" pronouns because Paizo is pozzed to the tits and made Seelah the female iconic paladin.)

I agree going to the English standard gender neutral singular pronouns which are the masculine pronouns. They've gone with she as their "default" since D&D 3rd edition I believe. They wanted to rebel against English like when people use "herstory" or say "HER-o." Anyone who knows English feels how off it is, and for a long time I didn't know why. It just irritated me every time people tried using "they" or "She" incorrectly. It's because they is not a singular pronoun and she is not gender neutral. So every time you hear it you're being psychologically beaten over the head with someone's ideology.

I don't think such a statement can be made about Owlcat Games for sure, given that it would be evident to me at least that Paizo had their grubby paws into every pie during writing & development.
I'm not saying you're wrong on this, but it's the same situation as for Larian Games Studios and Wizards of the Coast, you'd need their next game to be their own IP to get a accurate Pozz(™) reading.
Then again, maybe i'm not up to date on all the findings by the community concerning this studio.

Sure, but there's a reason this mod exists. The gameplay is decent and the story is passable. With all the extra woke nonsense the game was insufferable, but when that is extracted, as much as can be reasonably done, then there's a decent game there. Not amazing, but decent.

Hi, I'm playing Pathfinder WotR on Linux with Steam, using Proton. I wanted to install this mod, but the instructions and install script are for Windows.
So I gave the Powershell install script to an AI (Claude 3.5) and asked it to translate it to Bash. I'm a professional programmer but I don't know Powershell and I don't know Bash well. I had to fix one minor bug but other than that everything seems to work. I've checked that the in-game portraits, 3d models, and voice lines work, but I haven't tested in detail yet.

Instructions to use this:

• Install the shell utilities `jq` and `unzip` by running something like `sudo apt install jq unzip`.
• Download any of the modules in the original post (I used these: WW_Anevian, WW_Seelie, WW_NoAlphabets, WW_SosielTrever, WW_Undiversified) and unpack the RARs.
• Save the script `proton_install_script.sh` and make it executable with `chmod +x proton_install_script.sh`
• Place the install script in the directory from the RAR, called WW_Something, next to the zip file called WW_Something.zip. Then run the script with `./proton_install_script.sh`.
• The script will prompt you for the LocalLow directory and the main game directory; the defaults will probably work.
• I repeated this in each of the directories like WW_Anevian, WW_Seelie, etc. separately. It might also work to just put the zips in the same folder and run it once but I didn't check that.

Now that I take a look at the ToyBox mod - one that is indeed compatible with Wokeless Wrath - just today I noticed that there is a "Love is Free" option on the Bag of Tricks tab which purpose is to make romances no longer being locked by gender.

Tbh I'm not sure if enabling that particular option would brake something, even though both mods are mostly compatible from what I have been trying.

The problem with the ToyBox 'Love is Free' is that all it does is unlock all romances... it does nothing to change in-game dialog. This would be weird because if you decide to romance gay Sosiel as a female PC using this ToyBox mod, Sosiel will still refer to you as being male.
