Pick one.

Even though I'm not into pixel games, it does look legitimately interesting. Human horror instead of monsters or anything supernatural.
This looks cool
The Forever Winter is a co-op tactical survival horror shooter where you and your squad must loot the dead to survive under the shadow of terrifying and gargantuan war machines locked in a never-ending conflict.
War. War Always Changes.
The battlefield is unpredictable thanks to The Forever Winter’s Dynamic Encounter system: enemies have their own goals and agendas, operating in coordinated groups, undertaking full-scale battles — and they’ll intelligently react to your actions. The battlefield you leave won’t be the same one you return to.

But the only good horror is supernatural horror, not gore or torture porn as enjoyed by jewish Hollywood executives. Horror is the last bastion of entertainment where traditional themes can be present. And partly why I think Silent Hill has an edge over the likes of Resident Evil.

As long as it ain't some cringe extraction shooter where sweatlords can snipe you from afar and steal your ****, I'm in.

Looks like it's PvE only

Will be on the lookout then.
Regular gaymers: "Hey, this game is pretty good"
Zoomers: "A MASTERCLASS IN MASTERPIECES!"

Hopefully, there's an option to play single player. The trailer did a great job hyping the game up:
I hope there's an option to hide the backpack chassis.Nemesis wrote: ↑ July 23rd, 2024, 14:38Hopefully, there's an option to play single player. This might be good
I agree, but that's unlikely because, from the trailer, customizing your backpack chassis seems to be a core mechanic. A nice detail would be to see your backpack fill up with all the stuff you retrieved during a run.
I just think it looks awful aesthetically is all. I figure that's the point, but alas. Still looks like a interesting game.Nemesis wrote: ↑ July 23rd, 2024, 19:18I agree, but that's unlikely because, from the trailer, customizing your backpack chassis seems to be a core mechanic. Don't pay for this game, it's made by woketards.
Evidence #1 by @Finarfin:

From ChatGPT:
The asterisk () in "Spielerinnen" is used to indicate gender inclusivity in German. It includes both male and female players, as well as non-binary or gender-nonconforming individuals. This form is known as the gender star (Gendersternchen) and is one way to make language more inclusive.
Evidence #2: They delisted it from Russia to virtue signal.

Gender star you say?
Depends. What do you like about it? Or is it just "cool".

I was thinking of buying it since it released on GOG too, but now they lost a sale. Hope it was worth it, ****** devs.
He's a friend.
Mebbe I will when I get the time to game again and actually open ******* Steam for something lol. *Sigh, that'll be the day.rusty_shackleford wrote: ↑ July 24th, 2024, 23:16people on this forum not adding me as a steam friend despite putting my friend code in my signature is very disappointing
To be fair it's a bit presumptive to add someone as a friend when they probably don't like you.rusty_shackleford wrote: ↑ July 24th, 2024, 23:16people on this forum not adding me as a steam friend despite putting my friend code in my signature is very disappointing
