Art's not bad.

It's always a shame when these projects are completely mismanaged by people with ideological concerns and no gamedev talent, because clearly they have people who put in effort.

You'd think at least one of these types of games would be semi-good, but no, they're all hilarious failures. If anything, Flintlock could be credited for the least fail compared to Forspoken or Redfall.

Pretty diverse army we have here. Everyone second soldier is either a asian, black or tan white person.
Combat works as it does in all dark souls clones but it does the whole "souls" to level different with "Renown" the better you are in combat the more you get, to level Nor. Getting hit reduces the amount you get and after the battle you hold a button to collect it all.
You also have Hamlets, which you free by killing the Enemy Leader there (mini-bosses so to speak) and then you have a safe haven where you can trade, accept quests and other stuff.



Of course, her friends and family are very diverse and even a ****** is in there. No white person (No that ligh skin dude is just an Arab called Baz)

This game's aesthetic has some potential if it wasn't for all the ******* DOO DOO BROWN PEOPLE in it.

The rest of it is an incoherent mess of Indian, North African, and some other non-european stuff.

I mean the devs, because I guarantee you, most of them were clapping like seals when their CEO brought the Sweet Baby consultant on board.

Even when the company goes under they'll still fail to understand why the game flopped and why they're now out of a job.

It's basically the same as Californian emigrees going to a red state, and then proceeding to campaign and vote for the same policies that made them flee their previous shithole. These people have zero self-awareness.
