I was counting off the straight vs. gay couples out of curiosity and it hit me that Act 1 basically had no lgbt stuff, Act 2 only had it at the very end, then Act 3 was overloaded with them. It's a huge 180 (and I wonder if part of the reason so many people never finished act 3 is because all the stuff became too much).
Act 1 has you interact with a grand total of one actual settlement with regular people (and has a few gay characters in it) whereas Act 3 takes place in a massive city full of NPCs. Of course you're going to find more ******* where more people are.
Percentage wise, Baldur's Gate has way too many gays to match an actual realistic population. 50% of the couples in the city were gay, which doesn't match the 3-5% that exist in even the most liberal, accepting countries of today.

A very funny quest to do as a paladin though and use your divine judgement to tell the squatters to get ******.
Hmm normally your oath is broken if you kick the squatter out. Is there someway we can reward a paladin for kicking the squatter out? I already disabled the oath breaking.

There should be 0 gays that tell you out loud that they were gay. At most I would allow 1 secret love letter, that you can only find by lock picking someone's chest in their own home. Which... should be prime black mail material if he happens to be a bad guy. Or extortion material if you are RPing an evil tav.

I don't recall any gays either. There's a woman carrying a lesbian love letter among the grave robbers but that's it.

Is the Grymforge not actually Act 1? The Gnomes all seem to be LGTV down there.

Oh, I completely forgot about the gnomes. Guess not even Act 1 was safe.

Also, kudos to whoever rewrote the gnome dialogue (I'm guessing Orin). Replayed it recently and the "I'm your HEALER, it's my job" line just makes so much more sense than what they originally had. Almost makes it seem like that was the original line and they changed it to husband later (especially since that specific couple looks like a father and son.)

That was me yeah. And now that I think of it, having him be the son would have been good too! Though in retrospect a daughter makes more sense with how fussy he is. It was so damned annoying having that line play over and over and over again while I was busy looting and organising my inventory.

After trying to play Divinity Original Sin 2, I got disappointed their tendency to make the player's character so out of place was planted into BG3, too. Origins character fit the protagonist's sit so well it's ******* sad. That deleted 4 hours of Tav's dialogues just makes this whole thing much sadder.

Version 5.0 - 23-June-24
New version is out! And it's more than just removing LGBTQ. Now that the primary purpose of No Alphabets is mostly done. I'm dealing with some of the most annoying Californian politics in Act 3. Namely the squatter conflict and the Hag Survivors.

General
  1. Scribe Goosequill [T] is now a human male instead of dwarf female to match his voice.
    Image --> Image
  2. Githyanki Female Disguise no longer has a penis.
  3. Player can no longer ask whether Minthara was sexually attracted to Orin in the aftermath of Ketheric battle.
  4. Painting flavour text with a transexual Corellion is just a normal painting with a black haired woman.
  5. Changed 3 Aylin lines
  6. Bug Fix: Refugee Corpses are called Dead Man/ Dead Woman again. Instead of Dead Dead Refugees
Hag Watch
  1. Hag Survivors have been renamed to Hag Watch.
  2. All mentions of support group and "feelings" have been scrubbed out.
  3. This is now an organisation focused on revenge and keeping an eye on would be hags.
  4. Fourteen lines changes so far
Squatter/Merchant Conflict
Watch Video
  1. Squatters are no longer referred to as a refugee.
  2. You can no longer ask the merchant to let the squatter into his home because he has a big house.
  3. You can now suggest the merchant hire the squatters as servants.
  4. You can now Attack. the squatter directly in conversation. But this will break your oath.
  5. Intimidating or persuading the squatter will NO longer break your oath.
  6. Dialog has been heavily revamped to condemn trespass and coveting private property.
  7. There is a new persuasion option for good Tavs.
  8. Twenty lines changed
  9. Four original lines added. Note to Translators: You will not find the handles for these in your .loca file. Add it manually.
Misc
  1. The mod page is now formatted as Tabs!
  2. Added Endorsement Tab full of lefty seething.

I know it's likely just a mistake during production and QA didn't catch it, but holy ****.
When they de-locked the body features to the "body types", why are the defaults not the correct matches, male and female?.
And again, I am reminded that some degenerates thought a D&D combat and exploration adventure needed a variety of sex organ choices for the characters...

I'm curious about this as well since my own personal experience from what I have seen on this site is also that nobody is ever banned or kicked out for disagreeing with someone or for having woke opinions.

No, it did not. We make the moderation log public. There have been 5 disapproved posts since March 14th, all 5 were from the same MMO gold buying site spammer.
Image

Nobody has been "blocked", all bans that aren't related to automated bots spamming are placed in the administrative action thread: viewtopic.php?t=215-administrative-action
I regularly review the logs to keep a tab on what actions the moderators take, not that I distrust them but merely as a precautionary.

[edit]
I see the original post is older, if you can figure out the exact timeframe I'll dig through the logs. But all these are also public: viewtopic.php?t=443-the-moderator-log-thread
Albeit I tend to lag behind on the newest logs.

Haven't played past underdark without this mod. From what I've been hearing, Bladur's Gate is one big pride parade. Thank you so much for this mod, it keeps me from projectile vomiting due to my allergy to DEI.

Also, the "endorsements" tab has more NPCs than Baldur's Gate 1-3. Hilarious!

Dayum, I didn't notice the "Endorsement" tab until now and what gets me the most are the Reddit and Tumblr massive wall-of-text posts.

Like, the journo websites at the very least get some profit from purposely triggering others, but you get no revenue whatsoever from Reddit upvotes nor Tumblr views, yet those freaks still went ahead and gave lots of visibility to this great mod. lol

See when No Alphabets started it was just 10 or 20 people maybe chipping in and giving feedback? The moment this redditard went writing an essay it blew up so massively... now people just have to type something related to removing woke in bg3 and all the seething will lead them straight here.
