I like the grounded direction Doom 2016 was headed in. Don't care for the inevitable inclusion into the MCU with the capeshit that they're doing with Eternal and Dark Ages. He was just a normal marine who got gud and killed a ton of demons on mars.

Suddenly now he's the chosen one and has his own fortress of solitude that looks like it should be an unreal tournament map that was somehow never seen despite humanity having space travel well before the demon invasion.

People liked Doom 2016's lore and story (it only had one writer, following the director's vision) so Bethesda/id's response was to then add four more writers and a lot more lore and cutscenes because more is better, right?

In order to write good stories you need to have some idea of values/morals, challenge, strife, risk-taking, and consequences. All of which most women lack in their lives.

The first three Earthsea books are pretty good. After that they are feminazi tracts and also not very good. That's really about all of her stuff I'd read, if I were you. Almost everything else is about feminism or ***** or ********.

By pretty good, do you mean "if you happen to read this, good for you" or "you should read this before you die"?

In between. I'd say those three could be considered classics of mid-twentieth century fantasy, so it depends on how much you like things like Narnia, A Wrinkle in Time, etc. - strict fantasy aimed at a younger audience but that can be enjoyed by adults (but not YA trash).
