I have both Realms Restored and Wyll of Neverwinter 3.0, I'm not getting the same skin glitch. Have you tried it without improved ui? I got rid of that for myself because even the slim version was causing issues for me in the character creator, not specifically the same skin issue but might be worth trying anyway.
Just tried it. Unfortunately, that didn't solve it.
Yeah I realized I still had 2.0 files leftover in my save, I fixed my install of 3.0 and I'm getting the bug now too.
Just removed Wyll 3.0 and yep, that was it. Guess I'll post this on the Wyll of toril mod page, although I imagine someone from that mod has already seen this and doing so would be redundant.

At least, that kind of limitation is not going to be achieved through limiting only vanilla CC assets. We'll have to mod new assets in to keep the healthy amount of choices in.
They did, but the way Orin's script works: does this Drow have a correct Drow skintone? If yes, skip with no changes. Same for every other race.
So you won't notice immediate difference on characters who were already alright, skin wise.
As for implementing ALL the unique colours added INTO CC... it's an unpublished feature, for now.

Now that I've seen all the changes, I'm not sure this mod should change the way that Sharrans and the Umberlee priestesses, as in make them more "modest". I think that would be better fitting for an option in or a part of the "Dignify" mod.

I think these NPCs were kinda a nightmare due to body tattoos and some other material overrides iirc
Like basically, they have tattoos and scalar overrides so when you turn em white you have to go and tweak the body scalar params and ****, so it'd be extra work to both make them white and keep them vanilla skimpy. Or something like that. So we just released v2 and didn't do extra work to support original skimpyness + skin color change

See the discrepancy in the skin tone between slut cleavage area and the face/neck? This is what happens when you simply make her paler and swap her head model
There's gonna be some shortcuts that we took where we decided "We won't make specific compatibility patch and/or investigate for 30+ minutes to get skimpy dress skin tone looking weird" on stuff like this instead of just modifying dress

I don't find it that jarring, since the difference seems to be more because of the "scales" on their skin. But fair enough, it's not the end of the world and I get your reasoning

If it's a separate asset, then yea. Allandra already has thicccer thighs than any other in game character btw, because "Umberlee" body entry is sculpted to have bigger thighs.

You can duplicate the body and dress asset, give them a boob job on blender, assign them new UUIDs, and link those UUIDs to allandra's character visuals.

Speaking of the Sharran rework, I would love to see one of the more armored followers wear the Shar Headwear (ARM_Shar_Crown_A). The helmet gives Teutonic Knight vibes and I would love to see a Sharran knight to fight.

Nevertheless, the team's reworks for the Sharrans, the Grove, the ***** Queen Temple, etc. are impressive and awesome. I would love to request a rework of the Flaming Fist. Armor in the game looks atrociously bad and needs dignification. Unfortunately, this applies to this armor worn by the Flaming Fists, so instead of intimidating mercenaries, all I see is a bunch of dorks outfitted in oversized clothing. I would love to see a more intimidating, utilitarian, yet also realistically medieval rework of the Fists so I know these are folks that you shouldn't mess around.
Here is some concept art for Flaming Fists outside of Baldur's Gate. I am thinking of giving Flaming Fists inside Baldur's Gate a different outfit so I have concept art planned for that. I also provided some UID (UUID if UID is not available) of the vanilla armors and weapons they should wear. Here are the idealized version of the Fists led by the NPC Ulthred, who should in my opinion be a Gauntlet to signify he's a leader of the squad.

Mmm, it's a good helmet and I really liked it too. But I never thought there's a character in vanilla game that actually is worthy of wearing it. On which NPC would you put it though?

I don't even remember if you meet a proper Sharran Knight wearing it, cause they might've created that asset to be able to break it down, make old and rusty, because broken helmet is used in Act 1 Forge when you find justiciar skeletons IIRC.

There are two MS male guards by either side once you enter behind round door into room where you meet Viconia. So maybe on them? They are completely mute and non-interactable though.

I'm thinking Sentry Fredrichk (the vanilla halfling you meet outside the door before you enter the room with Viconia), but rename him to Crusader Fredrichk (maybe buff him a bit) to make him seem to be in a more powerful position? EDIT: There are a lot of those Undead Justiciar Crusaders with the broken version of the Shar headwear.
In addition, you can find two non-broken/working Shar headwear in the Cloister of Somber Embrace/House of Hope arena. However, I don't think there is anyone who wears it, and it's a good looking armor with no stats. A lot of good looking armor have really bad stats while a lot of armor with good stats look abysmally disgusting. Unfortunately another Larian Studios L.

► Yapping about Larian being sloppy and DEI messaging
"Small" problem is that most of the higher ranking flaming fists (gauntlet, manip, blaze) are female. Male FFs that are present in vanilla game are portrayed as NPCs with no show of power. 1) in the archive area above prison, 2) sleeping in barracks, 3) gets killed by gith on the bridge before Mountain Pass 4) slacking off duty while hiding from people who are after him because he was secretly engaged with some noble lady and now her father is displeased, so... portraying borderline coward behaviour, 5) is guarding goods in Rivington and does paperwork, 6) is suggesting you blow up deep gnomes and ofc you shouldn't feel for him or agree to it, because killing gnomes is sooo baaaddd, 7) filler 2 liner that you never really get to meet again outside of table in Last Light Inn.
While FEMALE high ranking fists are everywhere. They are interrogating, guarding, doing detective work, protecting, bossing everyone around etc.
So the idea was to slowly tackle those with gender swap in De-Girlboss mod (separate entry), which would be complete overhaul of Flaming Fists in the end just because there are SO MANY females there.
Looks wise, I will tinker with Flaming Fists. While it will improve aesthetics, Flaming Fists need a deeper overhaul than just pretty armour.

Yeah, or that guy. That helmetless halfling in full armour greeting you at the door had -1000 aura points. He's much better looking as a human already, so I'll add helmet on him.
