this looks Bethesda-coded. Fo1's logo should look rusty and aged.

Ok, the good guys won, tho I wouldn't be too upset with a Grimoire victory. But *** Defect? Sure, once we run out of actual RPGs to play.

Mass Effect 2 is a terrible game in general, nevermind a roleplaying game.

Trash Reject 2 is utter garbage, and is absolutely NOT an RPG. ME1 was quite a fun game, but also, not an RPG.

The T-51b Power Armor helmet might be a good fit for the badge, the one that's used on pretty much everything related to the game. Looks very badass.
Also the military aesthetic reminds me of HQ much more than the vault boy.
Agreed, but the power armor helmet doesn't look good at that resolution.

@wndrbr
Might as well ask the question now even though it's getting ahead of ourselves. In the event of a possible future FO2 AG victory, you think this would apply to the advanced/Enclave power armor helmet as well? Because I can't think of a more fitting icon and it would go really well with the T-51. In addition to the T-60 and NCR Ranger helmet for 3/NV respectively but I digress.

I'll be playing ME2 regardless. No way I'm suffering through some boomer CRPG slop.

Well, new game, murdering some Radscorpions. Whoever takes Gifted is gay. Fallout et Tu is a buggy piece of **** that refused to work, I'm using the old NMA Fallout Fixit on a GoG copy of Fallout 1.

Et Tu the latest release from https://github.com/rotators/Fo1in2/rele ... v1.15.3735 lost my confidence with it at line 2
Added: Quest log entries for repairing the Power Armor and delivering Pulse Grenades to Sophia at the Brotherhood.

Don't know how much else needs to be added to quest log.

Definitely gifted and fast shot. I just played through Fallout 1 a couple months ago and "I ain't got time for dat" but I do have time for "2 totino's pizzas" or at least 1 for lunch and hitting the start of the game. speed run through to get power armor ASAP.

Idea for a new tie breaker: the game that has the total number of badges between voters wins
Can you automate counting and showing this?
no
FYI, if badge total had been the tie breaking method used it would have went in favor of Mass Effect 2.

Fallout (34)
Mass Effect 2 (78)

Wasn't as annoying to total up as I thought. Probably because only the tied votes needed to be counted.

Just avoid using any "HD" mode that merely zooms it out, the games were never meant to be played like that. A lot of these old pre-rendered games have similar modes.
If you have a 1440p monitor, 720p is close enough to intended resolution and integer scales to 1440p

I did turn on the HD Patch initially and it was excessively zoomed out, problem which the 2X scaling fixed. Tried turning it and 2X scaling off but it was still omega zoomed out so I'll just keep them both on, it looks decent on 1080p as it shows on that screenshot above

Fallout 1 is so easy if you aren't a knuckle-dragging ******. Read the manual and you are set.

I have no idea which does what, I just know that mega zoomed out destroys the intended way it's meant to be experienced. A lot of those patches were made before 1080p was even popular tho

There doesn't seem to be a crime system, at least concering all the looting I'm doing across these bookshelves. Is that kind of system not widespread yet back when this was released?

These systems weren't very common at the time, I believe Arcanum has it tho.

Done, this low int build kind of sucks tbh.
  • You'd miss a large portion of contents & have to resort on meta-gaming since none of these cracka *** is willing to talk.
  • That also means no power armor unless I was missing something out.
  • You are underpowered until you find the powerfist, even then it's still nowhere near as powerful as the range sniper build.
At least the combat is still manageable since the enemy AI is quite dumb, just camp in a corner and wait until they come. I also believe that you can skip the majority of combat if you have both high sneak skill and stealth boy, but I didn't try.

You can't if you have low-int, which excludes you from the BoS bunker.
