Junior Adventurer's Guild - August: King Arthur: Knight's Tale
There's some very interesting scripting in this game

Why is it so blurry?

jpeg, might have to grab the original ico from the icon itself to get a non-blurry version
Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Eh, maybe it's best to stick to the lion. Sword icon is as generic as it can possibly get.
Had the same thought when I installed it.Eyestabber wrote: ↑ August 7th, 2025, 22:33Eh, maybe it's best to stick to the lion. Sword icon is as generic as it can possibly get.
Just got to the Boudicca quest. Another "Some guys wanted marriage and we laughed at them, and now we're big mad they put us in our place" storyline.
Well, yeah, Boudicca.Tangerine wrote: ↑ August 9th, 2025, 01:09Just got to the Boudicca quest. Another "Some guys wanted marriage and we laughed at them, and now we're big mad they put us in our place" storyline.
But the game wants me to feel bad for her.Oyster Sauce wrote: ↑ August 9th, 2025, 01:20Well, yeah, Boudicca.Tangerine wrote: ↑ August 9th, 2025, 01:09Just got to the Boudicca quest. Another "Some guys wanted marriage and we laughed at them, and now we're big mad they put us in our place" storyline.

My Sir Kay was treated better. He is an undefeated dueling beast.
So far Mordred, Champion, Marksman, Vanguard has been so effective I'm not sure how I will weave in a caster. I guess I could drop the Vanguard and use a slow spell instead but that appears to have a long cooldown.

Ever since I updated the game I've effectively stopped getting relic dust
Sell relics? Most of the ones I've found have been subpar.Oyster Sauce wrote: ↑ August 9th, 2025, 12:55Ever since I updated the game I've effectively stopped getting relic dust![]()
God I love the base management in this game. Simple yet satisfying in-lore meta progression and also a way to have your inactive party members contribute to the war effort, as opposed to the usual RPG scenario where they just sit on their *** doing absolutely **** all for some reason.

HOW is that even possible? Dude, Sir Kay is the MVP of chapter 1, how is he under leveled? His death strike carries those fights so hard.
Yeah, the management is filled with meaningful decisions and people online have yet to reach a consensus on which buildings to prioritize first. CR players can kick this into overdrive with the Joust decree. Don't forget to assign characters to oversee your buildings (doesn't stack with loyalty titles), I remember some bonuses being really good, likeValter wrote: ↑ August 9th, 2025, 14:00God I love the base management in this game. Bro, I'm confused as to what update are you talking about. The last update this game received was on February of last year, how are you getting a new update?
Based. The two Christian-only heroes are arguably the very best at their respective roles.
I legit wanted Legio IX to be about the guy who raped her daughters. That would've been very based.
I brought Boudicea to the mission to find Boudicea.

The difficulty feels all over the place. Sometimes I clear a mission with no injuries and turn it up just to lose on a guy on the first battle of a different one. I've changed it like 4 times so far.
With all the weird **** you keep posting, bugs I've never seen in 5+ full runs of this game, I would say difficulty is the least of your concerns...Are you running the game on a toaster running iOS on a troonix virtual machine?Oyster Sauce wrote: ↑ August 9th, 2025, 17:56The difficulty feels all over the place. Restarted this mission without the second Boudicea and then it replaced the one I had when I finished, deleting all of her relics. Guess I'm reloadingOyster Sauce wrote: ↑ August 9th, 2025, 17:32I brought Boudicea to the mission to find Boudicea.

This site was actually the reason I picked up this game in the first place, and I had a save from last year having just finished Act 1.
Man do I love the vibe of this game. Finally a fantasy game that takes itself seriously, compared to stuff like Kingmaker and especially BG3; this feels like proper fantasy, not freaks playing pretend.
Went Old Faith Tyrant for my first run, since, well, I’m playing Mordred.
Also, be careful on alignment: the Tyrant-Rightful Axis is more important than the Old Faith-Christian Axis in terms of Loyalty.

Skyrim Belongs to the Nords.
Geek the Mage first.
There is no virtue in extending mercy to those who want you dead.
Justice will prevail, you say? But of course it will! Whoever wins this war becomes justice!

It's refreshing that nobody is constantly cracking jokes. Yvain is probably the closest to comic relief that I've seen so far.TheEmptyRoad wrote: ↑ August 10th, 2025, 03:27This site was actually the reason I picked up this game in the first place, and I had a save from last year having just finished Act 1.

Yvan talks about damsels so much that I am convinced he is a virgin.
Ok then, I'll try not to resort to just pointing out the post I made on this game's thread showing I already beat it a bunch of times for the badge. New playthrough!
Which way, I wonder...
