I don't think Stellaris is in the list. (I can't join the thing on Steam without WW3 occurring. ) Nothing exactly woke except:

• Deliberately ugly humans.
• Women run all human based societies. (This doesn't matter as you can simply remake your own.)
• Humans are lumped together. (While missing a ton of ethnicities of course!)
• You can pick all male, all female, or no gender for your race, but this does make some level of sense because you can also be a talking weed or talking rock alien.
• Devs made humans have the Wasteful trait to make a political statement. (Again, minor thing, and this was the old team not the current one working on it now.)
• Workshop curators on Steam are allergic to anything splitting up humans. But curiously not making them look better.

Much of that is beyond the scope of woke. Maybe informational with the first 2 points?

Should also add, there's a ton of story elements in the game between all the DLCs. And none of it had any kind of woke messaging that I've seen so far.
