Hi chin is a bit weak, ngl. But I'd rather this over the diversity hire.
Yeah, I wouldn't use the sissy default from this mod, but slapping on a beard fixes all woes. I made Gale blonde anyway (he's from Waterdeep - to the North), so they don't arr rook same.

Wish Wyll didn't have a lazy eye from this mod, but a blindfold over it fixed that part.

I personally wanna thank you for this mod. Wyll’s design looks awesome and atmospheric—elegant, perfectly matching his combat style. It’s so good, so fitting, that it feels like it SHOULD be canon.

Not sure what's going on with this. I havent played in a fair bit, but it used to work before. But on the character select screen Wyll is still the old one. As far as i can see this needs to be below RR and NA and thats all.

Any thoughts to getting a proper looking world is appreciated.

Wyll the Portrait and the 3D Assets don't seem to work at all. I would love to conintue using him. Since I am trying to switch from patch 6 to patch 8 now. (Yes with clean install)

@orinEsque Pretty please fix it, I want to play so badly in the newer version.

Try moving all your Wyll mods to the bottom of the list.

Also if you want me to help you please tag me in your post.

Not sure if new patch or something broke Wyll though.

The loading order is first RR then NA, followed up by Wyll of Neverwinter, Remove Scar, HornTemplateA, Horn MalborgeSpire.

It does not work with all but Wyll of Neverwinter disabled or just Wyll of Neverwinter+HORNTemplateA and it also doesn't work with the Calimshan.

I see vanilla Wyll (Portrait + 3D Assets) on a fresh install of BG3 latest patch (no beta patch).

You see the issue I hope and hell no I am not using any content which is out of touch of the medieval status quo, that's why I am trying to mod the game to my needs or wishes. I also envisioned Wyll to be more of a Spaniard that's why I really like your Wyll interepretation (Neverwinter). A lot of the mods I am using haven't been updated in quite a while. If there was a compatibilty patch for all my mods for the latest version of the game I would be more than happy to use it but I can live without mods of my mods but not all. Wyll is one among them.

I'm having an issue with a character portrait mod in Baldur's Gate 3. I've installed a mod for Wyll (specifically, the Wyll of Toril mod) that changes his appearance, but his character portrait in the UI (the small icon in the lower-left corner) is still the original one.

Can you check if the mods are active within Larian's in-game mod manager? Be especially careful when yyou are loading, the fuckers turn off unofficial mods by default, so you have to click enable again.

Had the same issue, this fixed it. Except the mod was already marked as "active" in the in-game mod manager when I launched the game, only after I disabled and re-enabled it started working again.

Any way to fix the portraits for Wylls of Toril in Devil form (either default or Contractor Devil)?

I'm using the dark red hair customization and the default portrait icon was working great it showed the red hair and everything. However, once I turned into a devil after saving Karlach the portrait updated to Wyll in Devil form but with the default black hair option and not the optional red hair variant?

I've tried respeccing but no luck the portrait won't even update the armor I am wearing anymore either...

I would even try my hand at editing the mod so as to get a consistent appearance in my portrait if someone is willing to assist?

The devil form is hard coded and doesn't change like the ones from act 1 and 2. So obviously making all the different variants possible with the customisation. That said i do have instructions on how to change portraits here:

This is an old tutorial before toolkit was made. With toolkit now you can generate portrait more easily... i have to check if i wrote the new tutorial somewhere.

After he transforms, download the ContractorDevilForm 📥PermaDevil (OrinEsque) file and then run Osi.RemoveTransforms("S_Player_Wyll_c774d764-4a17-48dc-b470-32ace9ce447d") in Script Extender console. Then respec him or level up to update his portrait

Will that script extender command revert Wyll’s appearance though to pre-transformed permanently? I dig the new Contractor Devil form too much to go back and kill Karlach haha.

It will, but if you download the ContractorDevilForm file, that turns Wyll's normal appearance into the Contractor form. So the portrait will start updating again
