Pirated and tried out Citadelum's first level and after a while this pops up on my screen. Honest to God, it was like a mental flashbang hit me. The game established at the start that currently I'm in the period of post-Juilus Caesar's assassination and somehow my trade advisor is a ******. I cannot even begin to express how absurd this is or how disappointed I am that a game that so far has represented this time period respectably has now inserted a fat nigress into my group of advisors. The only fortunate part is that you cannot locate her at all unless related trade events pop up, I believe, which may be the only mercy offered to me here. If I play more, I am hoping this is the extent of its butchery.

Another reason of many to just pirate your games as this bait and switch, however small, is an ideological virtue signal and we need to stop funding this behaviour.

They do this intentionally to **** you off and then play dumb when you point it out.

Been revisiting Ghost of Tsushima on the PS5. One of the most visually impressive and technically competent titles released in recent years. Literally zero loading screens for fast travel and respawning. Only encountered one notable bug, which is that the standoff occasionally will not take by button input causing me to fail and take a hefty health penalty at the start of combat, which is admittedly very grating. Hasn’t happened since I took the stand-off upgrades, though. Otherwise, it puts the usual modern code-diaper products to shame.

None of the hard gameplay features like open world, combat, stealth, and activities are really innovative, but they’re executed so competently that they don’t feel tired, at least to me. You really have to question what the purpose of AC: Shadows is when this already existed (besides demoralization, of course).

Gay race communism is present in the form of female warriors and a past homosexual relationship between two characters that is referenced at one point, the protagonist not making any strong comments on it as far as I remember. However, it feels almost nonexistent considering this was competing with Last of Us 2 for GOTY and lost lmaoooo.

You're missing the entire point of the game, the men weren't killed to make badass women warriors. They were killed so you can be the lone badass. You don't even see women in combat in the game whatsoever (again, aside from one with a bow)

When did I say or even imply it's anti-woke? It's not perfect but it's by no means pozzed enough to say it's a bad game or not worth playing. BG3 character creator alone is 100x more AIDS than even the worst **** in Ghost of Tsushima

That said I'd never suggest paying money to Sony or Sucker Punch for any reason

Correct me if I’m remembering wrong but the female warriors got wiped out by assassins at the start of the game. I don’t remember there being any left alive who do anything besides Masako. Yuna, Tomoe, and some other miscellaneous girlbosses also exist, but the Adachi women get roflstomped offscreen. Not saying that makes it unwoke or whatever.

Anyway to be on topic, my Disgaea 5 postgame is coming along nicely

Played through this for Halloween. I had heard very good things about this game and I love Lovecraftian horror, so I thought now was the best time to do a playthrough.

I was kind of let down tbh. It started off spooky, but gradually lost its scariness as the game went on (you're eventually armed to the teeth with guns and swords.) Game was super repetitive too (you travel to the same two locations at different time periods, but they're 99% identical each time).

Not all negative though. I liked the sanity system where surreal stuff would happen if it gets too low, like the audio volume being gradually reduced to 0 or your character shrinking to a comically smaller size. There is a really badass part where

you play as the grandfather of the main character as his young self in the past where he single-handedly takes down an entire Lovecraftian city armed with nothing but a sawed-off shotgun, a revolver, and his great-grandfather's saber.

It definitely feels like a product of its time.

I love the fake error saying your disk was ejected or your memory card is corrupted. Scares the **** out of me lol
