I've yet to see a game address the issue where you die and come back to loot your own corpse. Seeing your dead self should be traumatic, at least at first. And what do you do about burial and body disposal?
ZombiU
Your character becomes a zombo, you take control of a new survivor, you go kill them to get your loot.

In Cataclysm: Bright Nights, you can choose to have your world persist after a character dies. Another character in the same world can find the dead character's corpse and loot it, eat it, dissect it to take its bionics, etc.

Almost all the japanese game examples are just game overs but with some flavor text. As usual japanese are creatively bankrupt in terms of real game design compared to western developers.

In State of Decay when your character dies you will switch to another member of your gradually growing community of survivors. The dead character will drop a backpack with whatever supplies they had at the time of their death. If it's your first time playing the game you probably won't finish the game with the characters you start the story as.

It would probably be more traumatic if you weren't a Murderhobo Adventurer. Murderhobos are a bunch of psychopaths anyway.

You loot the corpse and then kick it to the side. You're in the middle of a dungeon. You're here to kill everyone in it, loot everything not nailed down, and then maybe burn the place to the ground. What's one more corpse? Remember: Murderhobo Adventurer.

I dunno, I've never heard of a western game where "tasteful rape" is the outcome of losing. I'd try to find where I heard about this, but it was on the Codex and I've been locked out of there.

I've never heard of this game before. I looked for it and found it, but I'm not sure if it will run on my potato.

didn't the "tasteful rape" meme come from a western mod (a dance with rogues) for a western game (neverwinter nights).

I just first heard it on the Codex, in some porn LP somebody did. Not sure where exactly it's from. Mods don't count, anyway.

Got jumped by a guy in Gothic and assumed he killed me when I went down until he stole all of my **** and just left. My character was whimpering on the ground for a minute before getting back up. Far more punishing than having to reload a save.

Prison rape is pretty horrific.

In Vampyr: Talisman of Invocation if you die you end up in an afterlife ruled over by the game's developers and if you've accomplished enough you 'may' get a chance to come back to life and continue your quest.

In SMT IV you can bribe Charon to return you to life when you die. Choosing not to bribe him leads to game over.

Same as Project Zomboid.
If you were full of loot, your corpse got up and is probably there if you don't wait too long.
I don't think it can despawn, but they will wander pretty far sometimes.
You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.
Reject your retarded-wing political programming and learn to think.
If you can.

In modded Skyrim like nefalam u get chained up by bandits if they down u and then they take turns raping u before stealing all Ur ****. U have to make Ur way to the nearest inn and work as a prostitute to afford some clothes and leave the area or you have to beg the customers for some. If Ur caught by the guards they lock u up in several different ways. It's actually really hard
