Intravenous 1 and 2

First game has some drug junkies put your brother into coma and eventually this causes his death. The protagonist then begins a murder spree of any drug junky or criminal without mercy. You take revenge that's it.

Second game has the protagonist's father kidnapped by criminals, you murder everybody involved from that criminal org. The only judging you get is by killing the innocent.

Edit: There's a police officer helping the protagonist. He believes proper justice is putting the criminals into the ground, not behind bars.
