The script itself wouldn't be protected, neither would the reading of it(contrast with e.g., unauthorized audiobook performances not being legal.) The voice actors would have rights to their voice in the sense that the voice files could not be taken and used for AI purposes without the actor's consent — If someone did that, yes, we would definitely take it down on request.
