Interesting. Would you recommend it?
Ehhh not really. It's okay, but not good, you know? I'm just surprised it feels better than Disco and it just so happens to be my kinda walk-n-talk game so I'm enjoying it well enough.
The highlights so far are the extensive lore behind the world's nature, history, geopolitics and local politics, as well as the internal monologue by the stats which is written a step above every other facet of this game. These parts are, however, bogged down by the passable humor that gets stale after a couple hours (which is a horrible thing to happen in a supposedly comedic game) and most city folk looking and talking like modern day californians cosplaying their OCs. Everything else about this is mediocre
Update: 15 hours in, I can confidently say I do not recommend it even if you like this kind of game, as I am no longer inclined to continue playing it myself. I did mostly enjoy my time so far, but despite being able to tolerate the first few fantasy tumblrite designs, the newer NPCs are just too ugly to overlook. And the misandric bias is getting a lot less subtle.
► You ever seen a donkey goblin?
Should've maxed your int. It's the chud stat.

That is good advice. Mine wasn't maxed but it was a solid... 16? Around that. Intelligence is indeed the arrogant intellectual superiority personality, and likely the most interesting of the bunch as it provides a lot of lore and calls every other stat buffoons and thinks the MC should be The Great Wizard Leader. A good fella that Int guy is

Every time it piped up was pretty amusing and I will say I am surprised this guy even bothered writing like that, but overall this game is a solid do not bother.
Majority of the character art is horrendous and the dev is clearly a massive redditor with the muscle mommy ****.

Can't be.
All the flirting options seem to be heterosexual too.

Not a big fan but at least dialogue didn't label the skill checks yet.

Is anyone else bordering on suicide seeing these BLATANT anti-white/straight male games that seem to do somewhat well? This is trash of the highest order, but apparently that's what the fuckers want nowadays. Glug glug, oh wow the main character likes mommy dommies wow how profressive, slurp slurp, etc.

Also none of the "female" characters look female at all, because that would involve the male gaze or some **** (woman's gaze is fine, though).

Like for real, it makes me want to put a ******* bullet in my head. So sick of this ****.

I personally wouldn't say that these ****** games are doing as well as the designers wish they would. Yes, it sucks that they're even made in the first place, but the best we can do is refuse to buy them.

We should instead be supporting based games, like "Knight's Path", to ensure that those become the norm once again.

This is a 42 page long thread documenting game devs that might actually be considering suicide. Rejoice! :pipe-hat:

Fwiw, I think the 3d art in the screenshots ranges from fine to good. Could be a lot worse, very readable.

That game might be "based" but is it actually worth playing? This has to be kept in mind as well.

The protagonist is canonically only attracted to dominant women with muscles.
To be fair, those are hot. Who wants an opponent that you spend most of your time trying not to accidentally break? An opponent that can put up a credible fight is much more satisfying, and will breed stronger children.

There are different levels and different ways; wanting a woman you won't break is not wanting a woman to break you.

When I think "muscular woman" the first and only thing that comes to my mind is a voluptuous lady with defined abs.

She doesn't need to be unnecessary tall nor have a super flat chest. But of course we can't have that in leftard-made stuff.

That there's the "we are not the same" meme, I guess.

"Unnecessarily tall" and "Super flat" is called a MAN. I don't need giant titties, though. I'm more of an *** man.

I know a lot of you around here are very interested in the story of this wonderful game. Here, you can watch all the cutscenes.

The player dialogue alone is incredibly dogshit and post-modernist, which does mean it will find a warm reception with the new "gamer" audience, who genuinely believe, like Hollywood, that the theatre kids can change the world and possess an intellectual and empathetic superiority to their peers. I imagine the same self obsessed people also glazed Disco Elysium.

I'll be honest, if I knew anyone who played and enjoyed this, I wouldn't hestitate to call them a gay ****** and it would be a stain within my mind on their character forever. There is no longer a pretense of ignorance of this goyslop anymore, they aren't even trying to hide their intentions. What an embarassment.
