The game screenshots. The post processing effects are all cranked up to an eye watering level.
I'd say the screenshots on the steam page are pretty much spot on in the places in the locations they took them.
There are some more "somber" areas though.
Anyways, I just remembered there was at a certain point a disgruntled butch lesbian I think, but you interact with her for about 3 lines of dialogue and then she disappears forever.

And there it is.
Yeah, it's been a while I played so my memory is spotty.
Still, she's the most random of NPCs you talk to in a chain quest IMO, barely above the NPCs you talk with while they are walking around the map. Make that what you will.

I played Ghostrunner recently and it was a very fun, fast-paced game. Basically play a wall-running cyber ninja that has to figure out how to kill everyone in the room before a single bullet spells Game Over.
Haven't touched the 2nd one but it looks like more of the same.
