I don't even know if you can kill Neeshka.

You can kill Elanee funnily enough, which is more fitting.

I think you can only kill her if she turns against you in the final battle. I could be wrong, it's been a while.

I've killed Wyll twice on sight in BG3. Also Karlach or whatever her name is and that ugly *** Githyanki *****.
