Hope she did the responsible thing and ask not only Larian the company for permission to mod specific aspects of the game but found all of the people who worked on the 3D models and textures for the hairs for permission to alter their work. Also got permission from anyone responsible for coding anything related to hair as well.
Mod authors unironically think they are real game devs or even above them sometimes.

PACK 1 AND 2 UPDATE!!!! Version 1.2.0

• Plagiarized more of Vessnelle's code
• Instead of just adding icons to the CC options, I decided to break some of Vessnelle's hairstyles on purpose
• Removed all POC character creation options and added a Hitler mustache to all icons
• Added subtle hate speech easter eggs throughout the game so I can dog-whistle to my fellow like-minded Nazis (specifically racist, sexist, & anti-LGBT messages)

Jokes aside, since Vessnelle is adding her own icons (finally), I can just override them for those who still want to use this mod lmao.


After Vessnelle adds the icons to Pack 3, I can merge the packs into one file and this mod should be compatible now and forever. You'll even be able to have whatever mix and match of packs you want and it won't matter. Only updates needed at that point would be new icon overrides.

Posting the link to this site is Haram, so that was a death sentence anyway. Even if you had gotten permission, which is unlikely in this case, and then uploaded but then put a link to RPGHQ, they would have rescinded their permission

Virtually all modding and modding asset usage relies on a strong principle of "don't ask, don't tell". Almost no developer or publisher would ever give a carte blanche permission to use assets, especially cross-game or in a generalized sense. This informal "don't ask, don't tell" practice is genuinely one of the core reasons modern modding has been made possible, as the legal morass is simply ignored by all sides. This is fundamental, and modders themselves trying to undermine it are ******** and should probably be killed for the safety of the modding scenes as a collective.

CD Project Red announced that people could use assets from their games for modding-- hence why you see Witcher 2/ 3 outfits for Skyrim, etc.
