Remember, a lot of the terrible ideas for the Fallout show such as nuking the NCR and resetting the West Coast back to zero was Emil and Todd's idea as they didn't want to be beholden to lore and canon written 30 years ago and wanted Fallout to be more like a mix of The Last of Us and Borderlands. People only like Skyrim for the mods. That is literally it. I will admit that the game is a great canvas for modding and experimenting with but as a game? No way. Not even close. I know that people give Baldur's Gate 3 **** for some of its questionable content but we should be thankfully for both it and Larian in that it red pilled a **** ton of normies to how terrible and shallow Bethesda games, Emil's writing and game designs are.
