I assume people inclined to use it wouldn't be making freaks with mismatched parts and voices, but on the technical level it is interesting. Games like Cyberpunk 2077 let the player **** around with genitals but the game still made the player character binary because they made romances depend on the voice. Larian was lazier with its "you can **** everybody because we don't have to put more checks in" mindset.
