There’s other mods for that. Try Incognito Sharran or Shadowheart Incognito.

Something CAN be done. 100% I think we gonna have to make it as an add on, there will be hoard of "shadowcute" fans complaining about changes, even more complaining about compatibility with their coomer mod, chin mod etc.

Funnily enough you can specifically ask her about this, iirc she just says something along the lines of "no one pays enough attention to notice anyways lol." I'm guessing this was just a last-minute addition by the devs when they realized Shadowheart's secretive nature makes no sense if she's covered in Sharran iconography. They must have been too busy making everyone black and gay to change her starting equipment list.

I am also seeing Olodan's earrings floating unconnected to her head. After deleting all of the RR mods from the mods folder in AppData, and reinstalling with the most current versions, it persists. Is there a different mod folder I should be clearing out? I am probably doing something wrong.

This is the most likely explanation. The idiotic part is that this wasn't even neccessary: Shadowheart knows that others view Shar as evil, but she's so brainwashed she thinks there is good to her worship. The easy explanation is to have her say that she used to hide herself, but believes that she needs to spread the truth (i.e. her belief that Shar isn't evil, just misunderstood) and therefore wore the official regalia with pride unless she is actively infiltrating somewhere. Given that they're currently in bumfuck nowhere, there's no need to hide.
