People who claim Asscreed isn't as "historically accurate as it used to be" are a part of the problem. This was always schlock fantasy with about zero historical accuracy. It was always numale beta console gamer trash. From game one.

It's had sandniggers and ******* in it as protagonists before, it's always been woke and stupid.

The only games in this dumb series that are memorable are Black Flag and Odyssey. These two games have one thing in common: namely that they aren't really Asscreed games. The former is a pirate larping game and the latter is a mythological Greece larping game. What drags both of them down is any and all intersection with the "Asscreed" lore, which is mild to almost nonexistent - thankfully.

In fact those two games highlight that there is absolutely a market for pure historical fantasy games. How about a reconquistador in Iberia? Or how about a Roman soldier during the Empire? Or the Republic? Not connected to any dumbass Asscreed "story", just standalone titles. We have this amazing game engines that can reasonably recreate worlds and they're wasted on trash like this. Sad.

Ellie is far more woke than Abby by any metric you can think of
I personally think Abby is worse than Ellie. I dont see how that wouldnt be the case.
Ellie goes from kissing a black woman in one game to marrying a Jewish woman who was pregnant with a Chinese man's baby in the next

I did forget that Abby has a transgender child companion tho

I think the historical accuracy came from their own claims, things like Notre-Dame being rebuilt using AC:Unity and them making certain changes in some games to try and be historically accurate. I reckon people ran with that and others picked it up without doing their own research.

Hell, don't they even have disclaimers in the games saying that it's not historically and religiously accurate? I vaguely remember seeing something like that.

seems this game continues the trend from Last of Us 2 where the game baits the player into thinking that they could kill off the woke character but then their protagonist ends up sparing them for some dumb reason, outside of the players control, even though with many other things we get to make choices. like in TLOU2 that happened at the end with Ellie sparing Abby for no reason. here, Naoe was going to kill Yasuke for justified reasons too, but then some fat japanese kid (not kidding) came in, said a bunch of non-sensical garbage and she ends up sparing the negro - and we dont get to decide.

they want you to get all hyped up like "Omgg Im gonna choose to kill this ****** and just continue the game as Naoe in peace" but alas... no choice. just a fat japanese kid... cuz they know given the choice, 90% of people would kill him.
The whole (TLOU2) game is just rage bait meant to **** on the fans of the original. Speaking of which, I never understood why people even like The Last of US. It's the most generic third person shooter slop I've ever played, and I played it in 2013. Proves that normies have no taste in games, which further proves why we have a mountain of **** swallowing up the entire industry.

I didn't know where to put this, but it's hilarious that UBISOFT is in legal issues with its own shareholders because of the Tencent deal. LOL

Im surprised that no mainstream anti-woke grifter has mentioned that in both Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and Assassin's Creed Shadows, the token African characters in these games are able to easily have their way with the local noblewomen without facing any social repercussions. They're literally doing the blacked BBC meme

None of them will touch race unless it's concerning two 'minority' groups.
So, they might mention it with regards to AC shadows, but they'd also go and defend kang musa and his 32" **** that seduces all the bohemian women.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Playstation owners seem to have an especially pronounced tendency to hype up MUH EKSKLOOSIVES no matter how painfully Generic Cutscene Action-Adventure Slop they are. See also: the dude Tomb Raider knockoff, Horizon ZD, anything by Kojima...

****, at least David Cage tried to make games for the PS3/4/5 that weren't entirely about crafting, collectibles, and godawful aim-assisted third person combat - so of course he doesn't get the same worship by the ******* who buy Aloy funko pops by the dozen. Then again, he did say "we don't make games for ****".

The whole exclusive thing is pretty cringe nowadays with hot garbage like GOW, TLOU, and Horizon. There used to be good IPs (mostly Japanese) on Playstation when it was more of a Japanese centric company but that was over 15 years ago, now it's maybe only Gran Turismo? The peak of that franchise is still GT4 on PS2 with the PS3 games being pretty mediocre.

Thinking back I remember Heavy Rain being a pretty enjoyable experience (for 1 or 2 playthroughs), it was different at the time. Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2 are up there with my all time favorites, but the the series started to becomes more insane the bigger Kojima's ego got, now he's just some westaboo hack making drug induced crap like Death Stranding sucking up to ******* in Hollywood :yuck: .

But seriously, what’s up with this trend of voice acting with totally incomprehensible accents? It’s ridiculous.

They tend to use voice actors in the english version that are of the respective nationality.

Might as well go with the Japanese version directly if we’re not going to understand anything anyway.

Japanese audio is included standard and the game has an immersive mode where only Japanese and Portuguese are spoken. Some voices are ill fitting tho. Playing it in German and Naoe sounds cute and all

I'm really sorry for posting this guy. Like really really really sorry.
► Show Spoiler
So sorry that I'll do a TLDL: Some euro group called NOYB (None Of Your Business) is suing Ubisoft for gathering data on 'offline' players (single player) which breaches GDPR.

Ubisoft is naturally hiding behind DRM.

NOYB is citing secret data collection which is a direct violation of GDPR. Additional info: Ubisoft servers are pinging players 112 times per minute.

Ubisoft countered that their EULA allows them to secretly harvest data because it was accepted but this also goes against transparency laws.

NOYB case:
► Show Spoiler
The rest is shilling grummz tweets and padding out the video length.

Blurb about NOYB from their site:
► Show Spoiler
If this is a blow against DRM I'm all for it.
