Could I convince you to package this please using bg3-modders-multitool. It will be easier for people to debug if something goes wrong / if there is an update to CCreator. Also good practise not to make users keep loose files in their Data folder.

Basically you do this:
1. Create Folder e.g. MyModName (this is your root)
2. Stick your public folder in there: MyModName/Public
3. Create a folder called Mods/MyModName in the root folder: MyModName/Mods/MyModName
4. Create a meta.lsx file inside that: MyModName/Mods/MyModName/meta.lsx
5. Drop the root MyModName folder into the "blue space" in Baldur's Gate 3 Modder's Multitool. You will get a zip file. Share that with us.
meta.lsx should contain this (change the UUID, Modder's Name, Your Mod Name, and version if applicable (set to 1.0):

Yes you have to delete Generated_3d0c5ff8-c95d-c907-ff3e-34b204f1c630_CCIcons.dds into \Public\SharedDev\Assets\Textures\Icons
