Overview
Inspired by the 1980's miniseries V, this mod implements a phaser effect to all Githyanki Voices.

Tav1 implements voice 1 of the male player character.

Absolutely fantastic! A great subtle reminder that the Githyanki come from the Astral plane and not Toril.

KINO! I was working on making this DVQR compatible but ran into a problem. Wwise keeps changing the file name for the .wems after batch conversion by adding '_E504C925' or similar. I'm not going to edit 10K .wems to remove the ending manually and I am not finding any resource online to retain default file naming. If anyone has a solution, that would be great.

There's a tool called Advanced Renamer that will solve that problem in seconds.
