luckily nightrein "only" sold 5million while elden ring sold 30million

would be a shame if they keep making only these multiplayer asset flips I got so bored playing that in singleplayer mode.

It's kinda weird how they announced two multiplayer slop games in a row.

Isn't this all bosses from previously games? Seath, the three headed fox that splits into three from the previous game, Artorias, etc? What are people paying for?

Edgelords usually have that opinion. And SDG.

Most people go to Demon Souls or the first Dark Souls. Hipsters will go to any of the King's Field games, but we don't listen to those people.

Name an AAA game released post 2020 better than Elden Ring. I don't even like soulslop but it's pretty much the only new big game that worth it.

I know that it's become a meme to say it in recent years but I legitimately liked it the most. IMO Majula is the best hubworld with the best firekeeper. The characters were more memorable to me. The armor sets and weapons looked cooler then other entries in the series. Power stancing was a nice addition and I enjoyed the unique hex magic builds. The only real downside is that the devs leaned harder into the gank enemy placements to create difficulty.

It has the most annoying areas in all souls games. Black Gulch, The Gutter, Shrine of Amana and the 3 dlcs are all *** where they also had that snowstorm area with lightning horses spawning and one shotting you.

Only good things are the the fires to increase zone difficulty and respawn mobs and corrosive urns so you can ruin the armor of people in pvp and they have to pay the blacksmith a lot. And yes majula was nice and maybe 2 other areas. But I rather prefer the Dark Souls 3 animation and engine improvements. DS2 looks so washed out and most bosses arent that memorable except the mirror knight maybe. And its the one game where Miyazaki didnt work on I think.

Yeah I don't really disagree with it having the most annoying areas in some cases. I personally don't mind Black Gulch or the Shrine of Amana and I'd put The Gutter on par with Blighttown. I actually think the DLC was better then the base game. I might just have **** taste though like my fellow DS2 enjoyers :D

I would agree that the game does look washed out in some cases. Scholar of the first sin changed the lighting from the vanilla game and I think it was a bad change for that reason.

this completely destroys eldenslop fans because nothing about the game is close to redeemable other than the supposed ""good"" gameplay, but you can just post short clips of enemies not even able to see the player reacting to your input
