Hello adventurers!

In a blog last year, Dan Ayoub talked about a new direction for D&D, one that puts our community front and center.

D&D doesn’t grow without you. The way you play, the stories you tell, and the feedback you share inspires our work every single day. D&D is at its best when it’s built with our community.

Starting now, we’re launching regular surveys to check in with our players and Dungeon Masters. We want to know how you’re feeling, what’s working, and where you want us to focus next.

Hasbro makes almost all its money off Magic! nerds, the modern ****** audience of Dungeons & Dragqueens who use the licensed online platforms, and, apparently, something called Monopoly Go!, which is a gambling-based phone game.

"Dungeons & Dragons" to be rebranded as "Dungs & Drags"

RENTON, WA — In a move that divided the tabletop community unevenly, Wizards of the Coast (WotC) announced today that their flagship tabletop RPG, Dungeons & Dragons, will be officially rebranded as Dungs & Drags. The 50-year-old brand claims the new name is "more descriptive of the actual gameplay experience and the community’s evolving vibe".

WotC Executive Vice President of Synergy, Kyle Brink, addressed the "Dung" portion of the rebrand during a livestream where he sat on a toilet, "We are confident our new systems are addictive enough that you'll be busy participating your session even when you're taking a dump. Our latest subscription-based app ensures that players will have a smooth experience".
The company explains that "Drags" refers to "the weight of one's emotional baggage", shining light on those who live in constant struggle with their most expressive self. Lead Designer Jeremy Crawford, a self-described practitioner of Executive Realness, said "It's high time that we change the final boss from a red dragon to a magical runway walk-off for solidarity with those who feel invisible and unvalidated". One notable features of the new Drags system is that Bardic Inspiration has been renamed "Slaying", which can only be activated by snapping your fingers in a Z-formation.

The announcement has sent shockwaves through both online communities and cable news networks.
Conservative pundits have already spent six hours on air arguing that "Dungs & Drags" is a plot to turn the nation’s youth into "well-dressed manure enthusiasts".
