Problems I've had with the game and I can recall are:
- OnlyCloaks as loot;
- too much women as teachers;
- too much subhuman races, godsdamn teachers included;
- non-white accents;
- cut origins for the MC;
- lack of reactions from NPCs (part of a more larger problem of the game feeling massively unfinished and empty);
- as mentioned, Sirona being the center of attention in every quest;
- Sirona looking like a *****;
- Natsai and the ****** from Ravenclaw I didn't care to google to write his name.

I like the idea making Natsai (additionally, her mother) an albino. Double middle finger to the DEI - and Griffindor uniform compliments red eyes. But then comes more pending issues with her character that make her the insufferable **** she is - her caca accent, her stories of Ooga-Booga Banana land's superiority and tone of voice she uses, this overly excited kind of talking like you're watching Dora or a Hasbro cartoon, but ghetto version.
Just make natsai irish and replace her stories of the zoopark with her family being ira warcriminals.

The Wizard Game is peak Unreal Engine movie tie-in slop. It's soulless and full of messaging: 2020 London demographics in 1800s Scottish Highlands, the *****, girlbosses, ****, goblins (i.e. *****), etc. The writing is dogshit; the story is about a goblin supremacist trying to genocide every human and yet "not all goblins are evil" is constantly shoved in your face.
The character customization is so-so and the replayability is non-existant. The game's as wide as an ocean with hundreds of collectibles and dozens of mini-games and yet it's as shallow as a **** puddle. It's also full of tutorials way into mid-game. You're gonna be like 25 hours in and have to do some ******* gardening or mount riding or astrology tutorial.
Warner Brothers is run by literal *******. You have the biggest franchise on your hands and you do this with it? You could make an MMORPG where you choose your house and go through all seven years and it'd be as big as, if not bigger than, World of Warcraft at its peak.
Basically, what this whole post is about is that Hogwarts Legacy is not worth modding. There's nothing in here that is worth bothering with, just like with Dragon Age Veilguard.

Do you know if it's possible to build the mod without having to go through Curseforge's moderation and cloud build system? @DagothGeas5
I edited Professor Fig to be black just to test the toolkit, but couldn't find a local build option
I am completely out of my element on this loregamer, I have no idea I am sorry :sad:
I usually brute force things and then replace the files by manually placing them into the games' folder.
All good :salute: Modding Deep Rock Galactic made me realize I could probably mod all the student extras to be white in around an hour or so, but I guess we’d have to unlock the toolkit to be able to package it instead of go through CurseForge

Meh

If I may, does this mean that everything works but clicking on build doesn't work because the mod is "recognized as offensive" or something like that? When I was testing, before everything crashed, I remember building the "mod" I made (which just switched things around for the male bartender) but, though I am unsure if it indeed created a file or not, it seemed to have built the mod without issue as it gave no error. My only problem was editing dialogue, as it seemed to be loading, but it would then freeze and crash every time.

This is what I did (re-did it to showcase :3 )

And this is the test file (I changed him to his real sex and gave him a random male model (towncrier in this case). Not sure if it works or not as this is as far as I got as, for me, the dialogue is what I really wanted to change.

Ohhh okay this makes sense now. Thanks for sharing that, I was able to find this after searching what to do with uplugin files

A bit of a pain in the ***, I preferred when it was just dropping pak files into the game folder. But I guess if we want to utilize the toolkit, we need to do it like this

I hate when modding "support" requires developer supervision and moderation

I fear this is something that will be almost "the norm" in the future as they try to "squash wrong-think".

Evidently, many Christians made the same mistake, but I can't fathom disregarding everything that came before just because of that.

My great-great-grandfather came to England in the eighteenth century from Germany: the main part of my descent is therefore purely English, and I am an English subject—which should be sufficient. I have been accustomed, nonetheless, to regard my German name with pride, and continued to do so throughout the period of the late regrettable war, in which I served in the English army. I cannot, however, forbear to comment that if impertinent and irrelevant inquiries of this sort are to become the rule in matters of literature, then the time is not far distant when a German name will no longer be a source of pride.”

I have seen that before.
There is a difference between loving and admiring. Also you need to put into context the time period, the amount of information people had then with no internet and the political climate + the person he is referring to. Its easy to be openly hostile on the internet if you dont fear cancelation. But if for examples all book publishers refuse to work with you because they got pressured from banks, you maybe end up poor like Tesla or in a coal mine.

Thought about playing the game again and modding it until I realized the toolkit is 500GB

Like, what the **** is that ****

Also, you HAVE to upload it to Curseforge for the mod to work. It's super lame

Guess what? Warner brothers actually found a way to brick this mod specifially. They are forcing diversity in the game and this mod no longer works. Yes the mod works, but I have found a 100% sus thing that they did. In the first golem fight in hogsmede, if you have this mod loaded, it will crash after you kill the boss. Itll say the game crashed, however it will keep playing regardless if you just minimize the crash window. So their saying it crashed, but thats a total lie because the game is still running. This can be replicated just install the mod and do the fight. 100% chance of it happening.

This is the link that they send you to when it "crashes"

Anyone have the time and effort to implement a fix for the mod?

@loregamer might wanna reconsider downloading the 500GB toolkit, because this **** now sounds like an official challenge to HQ... :lol:
