He hasn't at all, but honestly he made it pretty clear from the get-go that he's got a massive problem with being told what to do, and being forced to help makes him not want to. And I don't want anyone's help that doesn't actually want to help.

I like this idea. It could be a golden "HQ" since that's got a nice double meaning. It'd be cool to see someone has actually made a high quality post based on the badge.

Seems like a great way to have someone's most embarrassing post "HQ"'d as a joke and also have said post be retroactively edited once it gets that HQ.
