Seems to be made by an anon on 4chan so I have no way to contact and/or provide credit.

Removes all (or most) non-story related black NPCs, keeps whites and asians (+some tanned asians)
Put StarfieldCustom.ini into \Documents\My Games\Starfield
Move the actors folder into \Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\
Author tried tried packing to ba2 but has issues, reuploading when it works.

The sad part is that I don't actually even *want* to remove all blacks from a sci-fi game (unless we're in a scenario of space-genocide, in which case, alright), necessarily. I just want the retarded California-sensibility rainbow-parade to end. Even in the most libertarian contexts, people generally self-segregate if possible.This crazy scenario where each and every locale has an equal number of nogs and goblins as asians and indo-Europeans is just fucking absurd.
