If you are using the mod from the front page don't use the localization folder. It contains an outdated english.pak, that breaks your game in Lower City. It also makes NPCs that were updated in later patches lose their heads. I would suggest using one of minimalist edits posted above, instead of the one in the first post.

I haven't been able to locate Florrick yet, there are several IDs in english.pak, but none lead to a file that countains her information that is needed to locate her in the charactervisuals files.
Helsik, as far as I understood it, might not be native to Faerun. So it was a concious decision to keep her face, but her skin color has been adjusted anyway (Likely from a 'replace all')
Tolna has been adjusted as you can see here:

That's what I had in mind, I had noticed the change in skin tone but the overall style still seemed too close to the original African NPC.

As for Helsik, I had no information in the game that she was originally from Kara-Tur and in any case Asian Elves or Dwarves are really the quintessential absurdity of wokism and quite inappropriate with the lore.

Yes I'm working on it. There's a list of NPCs i'm intending to change on there. Currently working on Aylin. But will switch to smaller NPCs now and then because she takes a lot of work.

I'm also going to work on other characters.
Mainly Drow and Tieflings, they'll be seperate from this mod, so should work together.
I like my Drow pitch black, and my tieflings more subtle, like they were in 2e.

From a 2e planescape book:
"Superficially human, their appearance always betrays them: some sport small horns, other have pointed ears, scales, a cloven hoof, or just a wicked gleam in their eye that never leaves."
Not "they look like the devil in every way."
Speaking of which, Rafael is going on the chop block for sure.

Maybe it's just an excuse for more "high fantasy" since 4e edition but I think there is a "roleplay" explication about this new tieffelin skin: a ritual made by Asmodeus after he become a god (whith the murder of Azuth during the Mageplague).

Nothing to do with this mod. Update your script extender. Patch 4 broke it and is causing that issue you had. I had it too.

P.s. You don't even need script extenders or mod fixer that for this mod.
