Demo for this out now, was wondering if anyone on here was going to give this a whirl. I plan on trying it out shortly. Battle Brother is a sick game, so I figured this might be worth showcasing with its own thread (until proven ******).

Speaking of ********, it already has people bitching about "muh AI art" being used for the buttons and stuff lol.

I am turned off by several artistic and gameplay choices.

Tried the demo, it's ****. Game tries to shoehorn a system designed for medieval melee-centric combat into a setting with firearms. It runs afoul of every single issue I listed in my melee with guns thread. Also, I made a thread in the Steam forums pointing out to one faction being called "The Imperial Empire". Someone said it's probably AI slop and I don't doubt it. Game is **** and also has ******* (didn't see women tho). For a reimagining of Battle Brothers that is actually good you should try Band of Crusaders, which also has a demo on Steam.
