There were 3 factions: America, Europe and a third one (either China or Russia). Each faction had a WMD: America had a kinetic strike, I forgot what the other two had. Likely a spac3 laz0r and a nuke, respectively. The theme was near future or modern warfare, and it was released some time in the 2000s. Anyone know what it is?
