DeepL, easily the best machine translation service around. Can really only be beaten with a domain-specific fine-tuned model which takes way more effort.
SVG Repo, a collection of 500,000+ free SVG icons. Most can be used in commercial products.

https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking

Best universal parcel tracking site I've found
Pirateship is a bit faster, higher quality and most importantly cheaper, especially for shipments from usa to europe (1.5 - 2 times cheaper than parselmonkey). There is also such a service as sendle, the price of shipments +- the same as pirateship

I will also add labels.vc (all functions are opened after registration) - usps priority shipping labels for 6$, it will suit those who trade on ebay, amazon etc in bulk.

really good if you like getting nothing but ads, bots, no relevant job results, and a $500/mo subscription service that does nothing

I don't know, like once a week I browse Linkedin just to have a laugh about some "influencers" there. It's not much, but if I have nothing else to do, it keeps me busy for a morning or so.

https://pdfcoffee.com/ and https://www.scribd.com/home for pdfs for tabletop games, art books etc. that don't find their way onto libgen or annas-archive. Scribd registration requirement can be bypassed with third party downloader.

Preemptive warning: This is peer-to-peer meaning you should use a VPN if you live in a country that cares about piracy
Anytime I've been looking for some obscure (game)book etc., I've found it on the soulseek network. There's an open source client for it:

https://sci-hub.hkvisa.net/ for finding studies behind paywalls.
One of my professors back in Uni taught us about this place so we could download his own peer-reviewed articles (among others). The whole business of paying for access to these papers is practically a grift since the authors themselves get absolute fuck all most of the time - but they're essentially forced into it for their research to have any credibility.

Not sure about credibility but certainly funding.
