If I were to DM another game I'd be all for something like this for the current crop. If anyone demanded queer representation they'd be seeing a lot of dangling feet.

And that's probably for the best. If they start providing sheets like that, you can be pretty sure their campaign will be bland, boring, and conventional. Most likely, it'll consist of either pre-written mediocre WotC material or a poorly crafted homebrew. It's very useful and you avoid time wasting.
