@SpellSword for even more context, the video title says 'dance for 3 minutes' instead of 'wait for 3 minutes', which works as a pun because those two verbs are homophones.

Too bad this is all from the smug perspective of "The only thing worth caring about is objective truth that we don't know and can't reach" because it doesn't say anything about the fact that the only people who ever affect any type of change are the ones with extreme self perpetuating beliefs that he calls bad through the whole video. No one has ever done anything concrete lasting of worth by being an enlightened centrist, but of people from both far ends of any spectrum have. If you want to be a self assured mid-wit or aren't too invested in whatever it is then try and be unbiased, but if you actually care about something it only makes sense to get extreme and rooted in your beliefs as you get more sure of what the truth is.
