Yep i concur. I hate modern day politics in my medieval fantasy game. Even if it serves as a massive troll like this one.

The amount of things ruined due to libtards is insane, it's a good salute.

Yeah i understand how politics changed the meaning of swastika and the salute. But let's face it, no one would be bothered to change the statue's pose to this salute if it didn't trigger the libtards.

Because the Whoopsies of the Coast either ordered Larian to do so as a political statement, or Larian doesn't know their FR lore any further than their own copy of "White Fragility", probably.
That said, this is a stupid concept, there are other ways to irritate libtards than presenting yourselves as kindergarten nazis.

I was just doing it, and then Lore came up with the idea of a Hitler salute!

There are around 5 or more statues to edit, because of the different positions, as well as 6 textures to edit.

Looks great. I don't associate it with nazism at all. The salute makes Balduran look heroic.

If you want to avoid the "muh nazism" charge, I suggest copying the iconic Augustus salute
