Modifying Voices w/ AI?

does anyone know if there is a guide somewhere on how to modify voices like what was done here for Seelie and Anevian? I would like to get some more voices added. Even work a project to get the whole game voiced.
I see that the files used are a .json and something called soundbank files bnk.

@loregamer @orinEsque might be able to help.
I think you can use ElevenLabs if you want to cough up money, but I think the modder dudes that know more about this are
@Lancaster @orinEsque @Crusaderknight20. I'm more the "Make this voice sound higher quality" person for audio

My tutorial above covers how to use voice AI, but you have to ask
@Dunadan the details of extracting voices from WotR and repackaging it. We had the details saved somewhere... but we lost it due to some unfortunate incidents.
