Overview

As shown on the screenshot above, they had quite a tantrum about not allowing people to play with the patch on previous version of the game for whatever reason. Fuck that.
Here are previous versions of it and it's French translation that also got removed.

Note ;
The Doc. of the v4.2.6a say it is only for the Anniversary Edition, it is not and there is an easy way to verify that ;
Load it in SSEEdit and see if it generates errors. Or if it can load at all. If it's AE it won't be able to as it's missing the CC stuff.

Alrighty, for those that don't know. How to get hidden/deleted mods from the Nexus. Basically you just need the mod and file ID.

As an example, say you're a Frenchie who wants to use USSEP 4.6.2a but the little bitch silly person on the Nexus translation page hid the file.

Grab the mod's Nexus link.
Head over to the wayback machine and find a date with the version you want. We already know it was Sept 19th so we go here.
Any Manual Downloads on this page can be directly downloaded by copying the link and removing the wayback from the address. So the top file would be

But OH NO! Or rather OH NON! We want 4.2.6a and that is in the old files section on this page! What to do? Switch to page source view (assuming you're on a decent browser) and have a look for the data-id or header ID in the section of the file we want. Something like this:
Now it's as simple as replacing the id on the same link you get for Manual Downloads. Namely we slap 246850 as the id as follows.:

As we see, this gives a direct valid Nexus download link complete with a nice self righteous message about it being archived and no longer supported to make us all warm and fuzzy inside.

And then you should probably archive it somewhere else as one glorious day, the Nexus won't be around.

I have found an alternate method that may be a little easier for some people.

This example will show how to get the last version of USSEP intended for Skyrim Special Edition version 1.6.659

• Open NexusMods to the mod page ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecial ... ?tab=files )

• Log in to NexusMods if you aren't already logged in.

• Copy the URL at the top of your browser, then leave the NexusMods tab open until you finish downloading so as to avoid potential permission issues later.

• Open Wayback Machine ( https://web.archive.org/ )

• Paste the URL you copied into Wayback Machine.
The example we are using is

• Navigate to the date you want the snapshot from and click it to enter it.

For the example, we see:

4.2.9a is the one we want, so that's good.

• RIGHT click the MANUAL DOWNLOAD button and select "copy clean link" from the menu

• Paste it into your browser's URL entry field, but do not press enter/return to go there yet.

• Using your mouse, select the section from the beginning of the first, leftmost HTTPS to the beginning of the second one. It will contain "web.archive.org".
It will be the section "https://web.archive.org/web/20230803010922/" in our example above.

• While the Wayback Machine section of the URL is selected, press the delete key, then the enter/return key. It will take you to the normal NexusMods download page for the file you want, ignoring all restrictions.
Check again that the file you wish to download is the one shown on the current page. In our example, it is.

I am regularly backporting the latest USSEP for 1.5.97 (special edition) i dont know how to upload to this site but if someone guide me or upload on my behalf i will help.You dont need to update skrim fuck artmoor.

That would be very nice of you to share.
You can either share the mod here and i'll upload it myself on this page, or more conveniently ask @rusty_shackleford for a vault access, and i would put a link to your post on the mod description.
