(So be it)
I'm ambivalent on UU - it has some im sim elements, but those are mostly a continuation the simulationist elements of Ultima VII. Not really sure if either UU1 or the sequel should count.

I suggest adding original Baldur's Gate games as well, 1 and 2 are such a fucking epic story. I suppose a lot of people here played them already, but such is the case with many of the other games displayed here, so I think they'd be a great addition. Plus they have basically infinite replay value.

RNG to decide the winner. If it's a bunch of games tied at 1 vote, I simply kill myself.

I downloaded DAO to replay it a month or two ago and then I never did so I guess I vote for that
If Oblivion wins you queers better force everyone to play it unmodded.
For the 3rd time in 3 years, I just tried to play DAO again. Every time I get to the end of Lothering and realize it's too boring to continue.Clover wrote: ↑ April 29th, 2024, 21:06I downloaded DAO to replay it a month or two ago and then I never did so I guess I vote for that

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Where to acquireChoose Your Path!
Four thousand years before the rise of the Galactic Empire, the Republic verges on collapse. Darth Malak , last surviving apprentice of the Dark Lord Revan, has unleashed an invincible Sith armada upon an unsuspecting galaxy.
Crushing all resistance, Malak’s war of conquest has left the Jedi Order scattered and vulnerable as countless Knights fall in battle, and many more swear allegiance to the new Sith Master. In the skies above the Outer Rim world of Taris, a Jedi battle fleet engages the forces of Darth Malak in a desperate effort to halt the Sith's galactic domination.
Hundreds of Jedi Knights have already fallen in battle against the ruthless Sith. You are the last hope of the Jedi Order. Can you master the awesome power of the Force™ on your quest to save the Republic? Or will you fall to the lure of the dark side? Hero or villain, savior or conqueror... you alone will determine the destiny of the entire galaxy!

Troubleshooting + Community Patch

Community patch I found on PCGW. Skimmed the changes and saw that it speeds up the diving/space suits so I'm sold.

Stop playing all the fucking games before we get to them
So who's joining me in going through act 1 only leveling once?
And does the steam version have cloud saves?

It does
Tried playing KOTOR last year and finished act 1 (stole Ebon Hawk from Davik), but then stopped playing. Tried booting up the old save file, and now I don't remember what i was doing.
Gonna have to start over again.

One of the points of AG was to play games that most people probably haven't played, therefore, you get to play Crystals of Arborea @Vergil
Alright, I'll get to it as soon as I finish AP!

Can KOTOR be finished without the community patch or is it a Bethesda level bug fest in its vanilla state?Boontaker wrote: ↑ May 1st, 2024, 03:11I tried to play Kotr last year and had some crashing problems. Hopefully the troubleshooting thread has some fixes

I've never used any sort of mod or patch for KOTOR I and have played it just fine dozens of times.SpellSword wrote: ↑ May 1st, 2024, 23:29Can KOTOR be finished without the community patch or is it a Bethesda level bug fest in its vanilla state?
