Thank you, OrinEsque! Honestly, I was actually focusing on Dame Aylin and trying to change her gender. I noticed that there was a male version of Nightsong in the game files. However, the original character had a regular body type, instead of a Large Male body type.

Larian's writers are gay race marxists. Swen himself is a 51 year old pragmatic lib who tells them to keep their degeneracy under the lid at least until most players have stopped playing. The Original Sins also concealed their queer content until their final areas. I don't believe the old Divinity games had any such content.
