Are you wearing suits with oxfords? Tailored/custom or off the rack? Or are you wearing a plaid flannel button up shirt with chinos and chukkas? Are you just wearing a polo shirt with jeans? Or... are you wearing a T-shirt, sport shorts, and tennis shoes?

T-shirt, slacks, and a button-up jacket that looks somewhat like a formal shirt at first glance. This is my usual housewear because it's comfy.

I usually wear pants with a shirt. When I go outside I put on a pair of shoes, optionally a jacket if it's cold.
Almost forgot, I also wear socks.

In summertime I ditch the pants and socks and wear shorts instead.
