brown people food is either "wow, what if we took meat and put it on bread"
Is that why Amerimutts eat Hamburgers? :smug:

I don't think hamburgers are all that popular with non-whites tbh.

Nothing wrong with animal fats.
Cooking in Animal Tallow has been a staple of our diet for centuries. I totally agree.

But our ancestors didn't eat a stick of butter a day. That's why they were in shape and died from things like plague and sword wounds and we die from being fat pieces of shit with clogged arteries.
If you cook with anything besides butter you are probably subhuman. Most fats don't even cook with butter because of this myth, they just use veg oil lol
Some fats are better for different purposes. For instance, beef tallow is excellent for high temp or deep frying and provides a good flavor. In fact, McDonalds used to use this for their fries prior to the 80's when they switched to vegetable oil (nasty stuff).

The thing about using oils is that all of them will become toxic if they reach their smoke point, but the seed oils are toxic on their face. Lard is good for preservation (storing meats for long periods of time), baking, and basic use (ie bacon grease). Butter is great though, and you can even produce clarified butter (ghee) from it which will allow you to store it at room temp for a very long time.

Lastly, olive oil is true tested and a very healthy oil, but it has to be taken care when you cook with it depending on the type (not all are the same smoke point). Most of the animal fat oils and a few others have positive benefits to the body while the seed oils are always negative, causing a common ailment of inflammation in the body (one of the leading causes of a range of sickness people have).

Well... not sure if it was just an add psyop, but they apparently loved McDonalds so much they named it Mickey-D's and you couldn't avoid a commercial where blacks weren't jumping for joy to go there while sports stars and rappers were promoting it.

*eat bean from tree*
"wow this is totally just like chocolate, we made dis!"
From what I know they roasted the beam, made it into powder and made tea with it. It was bitter as hell but they liked like that (like the Japanese drinking green tea).
Europeans started drinking like that, later on they put sugar, milk and even spices in it.

I've only seen white people at In-N-Outs. You should go to whiter areas.

My personal taco meat recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbs taco seasoning
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 1/4 cup diced fresh cilantro
- 1 whole yellow onion, diced
- 1 whole bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbs salsa
- 1 cup of water

Step 1: Add onion, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, heavy caramelize them with some olive oil. Deglaze with water, or cooking sherry if you got it. You need a metal skillet to do this, ideally iron or stainless steel. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: Add 1lb ground beef, break it up as you're cooking it. Cook it all the way through (no pink), push it to one side of the skillet, and drain the fat. I fold up a paper towel and drain the fat into it.
Step 3: Add caramelized vegetables, diced cilantro, lemon juice, salsa, and spices. Turn heat up and mix everything well.
Step 4: Add 1 cup of water, stir it up well, and scrape the bottom of the skillet.
Step 5: Put a lid over the skillet, turn the heat down to simmer for 30 minutes (about 1/4 on the dial). Meat will absorb the water + spices.
Step 6: Turn the heat up all the way, and mix it until there is no standing water in the skillet, and the meat isn't dripping wet.

I've also done pork taco meat, typically with leftover pulled pork from the previous day. I mostly use the same steps as above, skip step #2 and #6, and step #5 is revised, and I add it to a crock pot and slow cook it for about 4-6hrs. You could technically do the same with ground beef, if you got time.
