By that point Batista was cold product and Barquin looked to be the more stable and viable option but Batista enjoyed a very cozy relationship with the US government and corporations during most of his rule.rusty_shackleford wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:32That's false tho. US didn't even recognize the results of the '58 election and barred him from entry into USA.Anon wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:07Btw another fact is that nor Castro nor Che Guevara were actual communists. When they deposed Fulgencio Batista, they sought US help first. When they figured out the US was ultimately Fulgencio's ally, didn't want Castro government, and would eventually backstab him, they then sought USSR help and became officially communists.
USA's man in Cuba was Ramón Barquín.

I was referring to Batista…Anon wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:38This is simply wrong, Castro did visit US sometimes, definitely more than once, and there are plenty evidences of that that you can find with a basic search. No idea where you got this info from.

Well, yes, but he was referring to a period right as Batista was being deposed. USA was not actively supporting him at that point.Vergil wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:38By that point Batista was cold product and Barquin looked to be the more stable and viable option but Batista enjoyed a very cozy relationship with the US government and corporations during most of his rule.
I think the guy who signed documents with "Stalin II" sometimes had at least a fairly genuine positive view of communism lol.Anon wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:38Yes Che was a professional militia who wanted to overthrow latin dictatorships, but not a communist, at least he had never any manifesto explicitly declaring that AFAIK.
Going hand in hand with that I don't think it was just generic anti-authoritarianism that drove him considering his stalinism. He also fought in Africa as well.
Got it, I stand corrected then, thanksrusty_shackleford wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:39I was referring to Batista…Anon wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:38This is simply wrong, Castro did visit US sometimes, definitely more than once, and there are plenty evidences of that that you can find with a basic search. his involvement in the congo is hard to forgive, supporting literal cannibals, mass-murdering children and nuns.Vergil wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:40I think the guy who signed documents with "Stalin II" sometimes had at least a fairly genuine positive view of communism lol.Anon wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:38Yes Che was a professional militia who wanted to overthrow latin dictatorships, but not a communist, at least he had never any manifesto explicitly declaring that AFAIK.

re: Barquin, I just checked his wikipedia page and it's pretty much blank on this which is both surprising and not surprising. He was definitely considered by CIA to be their man in Cuba for years, both during late Batista and early Castro.
e.g., he was supposed to be the leader of the FRD.

I'm really not as familiar with the africa situation but considering how he wrote about them afterwards I don't think he had much love for the congo niggers after having to interact with them personally.Emphyrio wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:43his involvement in the congo is hard to forgive, supporting literal cannibals, mass-murdering children and nuns.Vergil wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:40I think the guy who signed documents with "Stalin II" sometimes had at least a fairly genuine positive view of communism lol.Anon wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:38Yes Che was a professional militia who wanted to overthrow latin dictatorships, but not a communist, at least he had never any manifesto explicitly declaring that AFAIK.

If rw leaders looked more like this and less like the dysgenics we see now we'd be doing a lot better
Tito looked pretty gangster and when he was a bit younger, even handsome

The right wing has been completely cock caged into not allowing any sort of aestheticism for fear of looking like "nazis" and so the left has been given an absolute monopoly on it.Nammu Archag wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:51Vergil wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 15:30Back on topic was Castro the communist leader with the most swag of all time? Conservatives like to cope and seethe and bring up the irony of leftists buying things with Guevara's image on them but in reality no amount of technical argument is going to convince the masses of retarded NPCs more than looking cool. Image is extremely important.
Chuds will actually lash out at you and call you a commie for pointing out the obvious. Jews invented both liberalism and communism to destroy people's capacity of thinking politics rationally.Vergil wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:57The right wing has been completely cock caged into not allowing any sort of aestheticism for fear of looking like "nazis" and so the left has been given an absolute monopoly on it.Nammu Archag wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:51Vergil wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 15:30Back on topic was Castro the communist leader with the most swag of all time? Also very similarly to jewish neuroticism about Hitler they refuse to take any sort of lessons from or even acknowledge the achievements of guys like Castro or Guevara. Radical change in society far more likely to come from a nazi Castro or Guevara than a lame uninspiring fag like Ben Shapiro or Jordan Peterson facts and logicing the libs to death with moderate centrism.
Don't worry this has already happened on this very website when I said Che Guevara was a more based/impressive Argentinian than that gross looking crypto-jew they just elected president.Anon wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 20:02Chuds will actually lash out at you and call you a commie for pointing out the obvious. In what ways are leftists looking cool and aesthetic that cuckservatives aren't? That 'Dark Brandon' shit? Should Trump be rocking the H. Communism is the single most destructive ideology in world history and nothing about it is cool in the slightest.

Funnily enough your example of Dark Brandon is an example of co-opting originally right wing memes about Trump. Another example of why Trump was such a big deal, he attracted fresh blood and new ideas which got people actually excited and inspired. Someone like Mitt Romney in 2012 could never move anyone to create anything.Oyster Sauce wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 20:04In what ways are leftists looking cool and aesthetic that cuckservatives aren't? I think it's also important to differentiate between actual marxist-leninist communists and the sort of liberals you have today. Another example of why the sort of troglodyte fags you see today are completely divorced from and are larping as communists. Real communists viewed faggots as bourgeoisie excess to put in labor camps and made stuff like socialist realism instead of the ugliness/vulgarity culture you have today.
Yes, obviously?

Communism wishes it could destroy the traditional family and religious life the way western liberalism has in just the past 20 years.Humbaba wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 20:07Communism is the single most destructive ideology in world history and nothing about it is cool in the slightest.

I don't think going into dysgenic or not is the right argument when it comes to Che Guevara but there's something romantic about the image surrounding him that is appealing to people. He looks like the quintessential revolutionary who has the force of will to fight for a revolutionary ideal. There's a rugged individualism (ironically) to him that makes him a larger than life figure. A mover of history who is in the trenches dealing with all the shit that entails fighting for a greater cause. I disagree with what that cause was specifically but it's an admirable trait and is the sort of thing that moves people to action and is attractive to the eye instead of some fag in a suit making power point presentations about the economy.
Droompf was a big deal because nobody had ever seen such an abject retard on the big stage, then people memed him into le ebin god emperor and one thing led to anudda and he was president because his opponent was the only candidate in history who was even more unpopular than him.Vergil wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 20:10Another example of why Trump was such a big deal, he attracted fresh blood and new ideas which got people actually excited and inspired.

Comnmunism did not bring disgusting Turkoids and others like them to Germany, and the part that was communist is the most "conservative" and ethnically German part of the country todayHumbaba wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 20:07Communism is the single most destructive ideology in world history and nothing about it is cool in the slightest.

I think that says a lot. An average guy with a patchy beard, a cigar, and a bit of personality is more appealing/ looks a lot better than any US leader (bar Trump maybe), or global figures like Millei who just seem like weirdos at best.Emphyrio wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 20:21he looks like an average guy with a patchy beard.Nammu Archag wrote: ↑ March 18th, 2024, 19:51If rw leaders looked more like this and less like the dysgenics we see now we'd be doing a lot better
