Hail, brave adventurer! Thou hast been charged with the completion of Starwind.
Starwind is a grand transformation, a mod that doth transport the OpenMW engine into the realm of Star Wars: The Old Republic, unfolding amidst the chronicles of Knights of the Old Republic.
Both OpenMW and Starwind are bestowed upon thee without cost. Morrowind may be procured either through the market of Steam as provisioned by Gaben the Fat or by the hand of thy local freebooter.

Thou mayest obtain the most recent version of OpenMW here: https://openmw.org/downloads/
The latest rendition of Starwind awaits thee here: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/48909

I've never played Morrowind or any of the Star wars games (except rogue squadron on N64). I won't have a chance til Monday but it seems fun, I'll try to participate.

Is there a reason not to use Enhanced? The other additions it links to also look cool.

Hopefully all these addons along with StarWind enhanced don't alter the bae mod too much as they seem worth

I understand the dark fallen world we live in now but having so much voiced dialog in Morrowind just feels really strange.

I plan on trying some of these (and the dark apprentice add on) once I've played more of the base game. I consider those to be like "DLCs" anyway.

Also I hope you fags are instituting total rodian death wherever you go.

https://openmw.readthedocs.io/en/openmw ... paths.html
https://openmw.readthedocs.io/en/openmw ... /font.html

Try replacing the Pelagiad /magic_cards_regular with this
https://www.1001freefonts.com/sf-old-republic.font

Image
idk what's up with the Y

Or https://www.1001fonts.com/square-metal-7-font.html

Image

Or an Arial/ Helvetica ttf

Place the ttf font in the Data Files/ Font folder, and then write the name of the ttf in place of "magic_cards_regular" in the openmw.cfg
After-
fallback=Fonts_Font_0,

https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45458
Velothiid could be used for Ayembedt.ttf /daedric_font
Or
https://www.1001fonts.com/thecalling-font.html
Not sure if Deadric symbols are used in Starwind though.

Pro tip: At the far east end of Sandriver (the starting Tatooine town) there's a merchant who sells this mods version of mounts including speeders (which are basically enchanted gloves that try to simulate a vehicle around you) which allow you to travel waaaaay faster which helps when you're wandering the desert looking for locations quests tell you to go to with little to no directions.
Speaking of which if people are trying to find the Mouth of the Sea for the grey jedi quest I might make a video guide because I know not everyone is going to be willing to wander the desert for an hour like I did and every guide online is completely unhelful
Also the medic in the clinic sells a "force" spell called summon dropship that works as a recall spell back to town.
