have to listen and include this stuff, it's just "consulting". That will somehow get the marketing team barraged with threats and also the devs branded every 'ist and 'ism available if they don't..

Most people still fear being kicked out of the "group." It's a sad world when you still care about people calling you names, but most if not all AAA devs still live in normie-land and can't stand for any principles or game design because they need their opinions given to them. That's also a gen-z trait in my experience.
Doesn't make for good games.
