Where do you think the butyric acid in the chocolate comes from?
Rotten cheap dairy? Maybe the Europeans are right and that's gross?
if milk and butter has butyric acid, what do you think might go into chocolate that would also cause it to have butyric acid?

hint:
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/butyrum

the real difference is europeans just aren't used to our extremely low cacao chocolate
They aren't used to american farmers dumping soy beans in everything.

I get nausea when I eat chocolate anyway so nothing of value to me was lost
That's not where chocolate comes from.

Being one of the slaves on the plantation doesn't count as running it Manuel

Unfortunately, if I eat too much over 95% it irritates my tummy. Sad.

This movie is about a weird Jewish factory owner luring kids in with candy...

Via bloomberg: https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/artic ... ate-prices

Hope you guys are not poorfags, because here we go (and this is only the beginning):

Image

The commodities analysts said some forecasts suggest the cost of cocoa in New York could reach as high as $10,000 per ton.

What's imminent is the West African cocoa shortage will be felt across supermarkets worldwide.

The four main producing countries, accounting for 75% of the world's cocoa production, are Ivory Coast, Ghana, Cameroon and Nigeria.

Image

Image

Bloomberg presented a chart that illustrates the most significant cocoa bean deficit in modern history is currently underway. He said industry insiders are saying "the market is heading for a deficit of 300,000-to-500,000."

Image

And global cocoa inventories are collapsing.

Fasten your seatbelts, my friends, because it's going to get wild.

Europeans and their snobbery.

The reason to add butyric acid is so the chocolate tastes better when deep fried.

Lot of love for lindt here.
Lindt Gold bars are my current thing. Nice and chunky. Reminds me of the old Cadbury Dairy Milk before it went shit.
