Hello. First of all, thank you for this mod, - coupled with Anomen voiceover it makes the character a bit more bearable. I have version "Wyll of Calimshan" installed and, unfortunately, Duke Ravengard is still his old self, only the skin tone and icon have changed properly.

The mod needs an update for Patch 7. I've reached out to the original author, if he doesn't fix it. I will.Lorkhan wrote: ↑ January 8th, 2025, 09:30Hello. I'd personally appreciate this a lot! I prefer Wyll to Gale as a good character romance, writing-wise, but I'd enjoy altering his appearance to resemble my aesthetic preferences on a new playthrough. When I EVENTUALLY finish my first playthrough lol.orinEsque wrote: ↑ January 8th, 2025, 10:00The mod needs an update for Patch 7. I've reached out to the original author, if he doesn't fix it. Actually, out of curiousity, does anyone have experience uninstalling another mod for Wyll's appearance and using Wylls of Toril? I would love to go forward using it once it's updated for Patch 7, but I've already used the Larian-supported Wyll's Devil Form mod and I really don't want to restart from an earlier, unmodded save. I have very little time to game and I've *never* gotten to Act III in BG3.

I second a request for the mod to be updated! Will the voice pack work once that happens also?

That's @Lancaster's mod. I think it works fine right now. Just doesn't show up in the official mod manager list, that's all.red36 wrote: ↑ January 24th, 2025, 16:56I second a request for the mod to be updated! Will the voice pack work once that happens also?

Just tested it and yes you're right. I assumed when the appearance wouldnt load the voice wouldnt either-- but that's not the case. Thanks again!orinEsque wrote: ↑ January 24th, 2025, 18:19That's @Lancaster's mod. I think it works fine right now. Is there any other white Wyll that's currently working? I tried the one on nexus but no dice.

The two on this site are the only ones i know of. I haven't tried hard looking. Even as a white guy, his story is just awful.red36 wrote: ↑ January 24th, 2025, 23:40Just tested it and yes you're right. I've updated my Wyll & Ravengard mods, and made an additional one as well. I will post them when the new ModHQ is up...as well as some other ones.orinEsque wrote: ↑ January 24th, 2025, 18:19That's @Lancaster's mod. I think it works fine right now. Hello. I installed the mod and as I saw it wasn't working I elected to remove it and now Wyll's head is invisible. Any way to fix this? Tried validating the game files and while two files were replaced it hasn't fixed the issue. Not sure what else to try.

Check your Mods folder: %localappdata%\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Modsfartcannon420 wrote: ↑ February 12th, 2025, 01:36Hello. to make sure there's no Wyll's of Toril pak files in there
If there's nothing there, the issue isn't wylls of toril but something else.

Can you install and uninstall this mod without consequence? I'm curious to see if it overrides an official Wyll mod I have.

Should do, as long as you make sure there's no remnant in the mods folder.Iconodule wrote: ↑ February 16th, 2025, 23:25Can you install and uninstall this mod without consequence? I'm curious to see if it overrides an official Wyll mod I have.

This reminds me, do you know if there is any caveat to uninstalling mods for this game mid-game? Textures and meshes I often swapped them even while the game was still running (just needs to change head and then change back to see the difference take effect), but what about more complex mods like those that change or add abilities?orinEsque wrote: ↑ February 16th, 2025, 23:34Should do, as long as you make sure there's no remnant in the mods folder.Iconodule wrote: ↑ February 16th, 2025, 23:25Can you install and uninstall this mod without consequence? * Mods that add or change abilities won't break the game.DagothGeas5 wrote: ↑ February 17th, 2025, 01:07This reminds me, do you know if there is any caveat to uninstalling mods for this game mid-game? * Mods that change appearance, voice, in game text won't break the game.
* Mods that add items break the game if you remove them. (unless you delete every modded item using trash can or similar mod)
* Some script extender reliant mods, tho i can't confirm what type.

Alrighty! I'll put the relevant mods over the officially-supported Wyll's Devil Form mod in the loading order, and we'll see what happens! After I get back from work.orinEsque wrote: ↑ February 16th, 2025, 23:34Should do, as long as you make sure there's no remnant in the mods folder.Iconodule wrote: ↑ February 16th, 2025, 23:25Can you install and uninstall this mod without consequence? Wyll's model and Ulder Ravenguard's models are both correct. However, Wyll's portrait doesn't correspond to the additional add-ons I downloaded (remove beard, blond hair, etc.). Not sure about Ravenguard's portrait--haven't gotten to the part of the game where I'd see it. Still, it's good!
The Contractor Devil mod shows up if I put it below the other Wylls of Toril mods. No problems so far!

Additional mods should be placed after the main one. So if wyll of toril is no.3 in mod list, the extra addon should be 4,5,EtcIconodule wrote: ↑ February 18th, 2025, 02:21Wyll's model and Ulder Ravenguard's models are both correct. Thank you for being so responsive! I have been exporting, I'm afraid. Side note: I am also having an issue with the Dignify camp clothes not showing up, though Gale and Aatarion's Dignify camp clothes are showing up.orinEsque wrote: ↑ February 18th, 2025, 18:53paste me a screenshot of your load order. This mod is awesome.
Question, if I don't use the contractor devil's form and I am using Wyll of Neverwinter, do I need the horn template A file marked as "dependency"? I assume I do, but wanted to check. And, if I select a custom horn model, does that mean I don't need this template anymore or should I leave the template and load the custom horn model below it so it overrides it?
EDIT: I figured it out. The template and extra horn models are both optional. This mod is so much better than standard Wyll it's crazy.

I've downloaded Wylls of Toril with the optional mods to give Neverwinter Wyll red willow-style hair. However, after Wyll gets hornt, his character card on the side of the screen reverts to the default Neverwinter Wyll with short, brown hair. Do I need to re-export the mod to get the proper picture back or is there another trick?

I'll fix it once I'm done making the 110th bug fix on RR. It's not been updated for patch 7 and 8.SniperChris wrote: ↑ April 26th, 2025, 23:42I've downloaded Wylls of Toril with the optional mods to give Neverwinter Wyll red willow-style hair. I don't think it's something that's broken. The character portrait cards get reset based on certain factors. I once got a Durge crouching portrait because I respecced while he was stealthed. Was just wondering if it had come up before.orinEsque wrote: ↑ April 26th, 2025, 23:55I'll fix it once I'm done making the 110th bug fix on RR. never seen that before actually. BUT i know that with modding toolkit I should be able to generate all of Wyll's portraits without issue. SO this is not something to worry about. I think. Also the folder structure is different now with toolkit. So much will change.SniperChris wrote: ↑ April 27th, 2025, 00:01I don't think it's something that's broken.
