Met the character today after the fight with Ketheric. He is still bald, but looks white. Is he supposed to look different? I am using the Wyll of Neverwinter.

He's supposed to look like this:RayoSombrio wrote: ↑ July 28th, 2024, 16:50Met the character today after the fight with Ketheric. He is still bald, but looks white. Is he supposed to look different? I am using the Wyll of Neverwinter.
Stick wyll of Neverwinter and its related addons on teh bottom of your load order. I think something is overwriting it.

Will check again in the scene with Gortash.orinEsque wrote: ↑ July 28th, 2024, 16:54He's supposed to look like this:RayoSombrio wrote: ↑ July 28th, 2024, 16:50Met the character today after the fight with Ketheric. I have a feeling that if they set a game in the non-"European" parts of FR, half the characters wouldn't be white

He probably means, "They wouldn't make half the (black/brown) characters white (though that would be more diverse)," and not, "They wouldn't make half (of the white characters) non-white."Godjjjita wrote: ↑ July 28th, 2024, 18:06Just half?rusty_shackleford wrote: ↑ July 28th, 2024, 16:58I have a feeling that if they set a game in the non-"European" parts of FR, half the characters wouldn't be white![]()

Neverwinter + Contractor Devil Form + Anomen voice from Legacy Voice for Wyll. Honestly a Wyll romance doesn't sound too bad in a future playthrough

The alternate African Wyll is INCREDIBLY much better than the original. Thanks!

Hi. I just want to add to the list of people that would like a blonde version. Thanks for the mod.

There an option to make him blond. Do you mean a different hairstyle?JimboJambo wrote: ↑ August 18th, 2024, 19:09Hi. I just want to add to the list of people that would like a blonde version. Thanks for the mod.

My bad, I read through the mod including Cosmetic Addon, but didn't open the Spoiler for it, so I didn't see the image for blonde hair. I had only read an old comment that the plan was to add blonde and didn't think to check if there was an update. I have installed the mod now and everything seems fine.orinEsque wrote: ↑ August 18th, 2024, 19:21There an option to make him blond. I assume mod order just needs "Wyll of X" first (highest), then Contractor Devil Form, then the rest of the cosmetic addons?
More hairstyles would be neat but this is fine for now. Maybe a Bald version would be simple to add lol.

Not working now? Didn't have the time to test the game after the patch 7.

Not for me.RayoSombrio wrote: ↑ September 6th, 2024, 04:34Not working now? Didn't have the time to test the game after the patch 7.

It's the only mod I have that doesn't show up in the new in-game mod manager. If I try to load with it anyway, the game boots me back to the main menu after selecting difficulty for new game.
I tried to go through the guide for converting prior mods with the new tools but it was more advanced than I thought. I hope this one does get updated. I couldn't do without my dashing warlock!

Literally only made an account here to comment and beg for you to please update your mod for patch 7. You’ve made Wyll actually tolerable for us (HUGE thank you btw!) and we can’t go back to the dark days…

The mod still works in Patch 7. It's just you can't currently enable it through Larian's Mod menu; You have to use BG3MMLuckypotato789 wrote:Literally only made an account here to comment and beg for you to please update your mod for patch 7. Thank you! I’ll run it again after overhauling back to patch 7 (I reverted back to patch 6 yesterday).loregamer wrote: ↑ September 7th, 2024, 03:35The mod still works in Patch 7. The new mod loader is crap. I thought this would be the solution to use the mods on my steam deck, since it's too hard to load them in that device...

Is Wyll's devil portrait still hard coded? Or is there a way I can somehow use the fabled toolkit to fix it myself?

It is, but there's a way around it that we discussed somewhere around here.
I was under the impression that that was going to be a part of this mod? Is it not?

It's understandable if it's not, since it's a hassle and a half, especially with the modular nature of the mod.
But yeah it's fucking stupid and I honestly can't see the reason why it is like this to begin with, in the base game. The game is obviously capable of dynamically updating companions, because we know it does for everyone else.
Ahem?Luckmann wrote: ↑ January 4th, 2024, 11:57Any chance of a "Wyll Classic" version, with the regular blonde hair, the regular hairstyle, the green eyes, and the normal scars, with only the updated head model?orinEsque wrote: ↑ January 3rd, 2024, 20:57Yes will restore those scars and add an extra two. Probably won't be blonde in the main pack. If its one of the top three voted, I'll include blonde as one of the 3 options.Luckmann wrote: ↑ January 3rd, 2024, 20:46I really can't see Wyll as anything other than a green-eyed blonde guy with windswept hair anymore, and I really don't think his scars should be less prominent. If anything, I'd want him to be even more fucked up.
If I absolutely had to pick something, I'd pick C.
I like the head model itself, though, assuming the scars are added later.

I still think Arunny's White Wyll looks the best, except the lips sometimes get a bit fucked.

This is kind of my bottom priority, since Arunny's Wyll is a copypasta of the Deva asset from the game.Luckmann wrote: ↑ September 25th, 2024, 13:13arisen wrote: ↑ September 15th, 2024, 17:34Is Wyll's devil portrait still hard coded?
