Border Wars: SC says Texas can jail illegals

Reportedly the texas national guard is repairing & putting up new razor wire faster than the border patrol can tear it down. I'm going to guess the border patrol isn't exactly motivated in doing so, either.
The SCOTUS ruling was just a preliminary procedural matter btw, the actual case arguments aren't being heard until next month.
